Abstract
일반적으로 수박재배농가에서 사용하는 수박햇볕가리개의 역활은 일사량이 많은 건기철에 수박위에 볏짚을 깔아펴 수박에 과도한 직사광선을 차단시켜줌으로서, 수박의 수분증발을 방지해 상품성과 신선도를 높이기 위해 흔히 사용하는 볕짚은 재활용이 어려워 작물을 수확한후에는 줄기와 함께 갈아 퇴비로 사용되는 점은 있으나,최근 트랙터등 기계수확으로 인해 볕짚의 생산량이 떨어지고 사료로 사용되기 때문에 수박재배농가에서 수박의 햇볕가리개로 일회 사용하는데는 많은 부담이 되였고,우기철에는 햇볕가리개로 사용한 볕짚에 빗물이 머금어져 있어,수박이 썩는 경우도 흔하게 발생되였으며,바람에 흩날리어 다시 일손이 가야하는 등의 불편이 많았다.이에 본 고안은 재사용할수 있는 가교폴리에틸렌폼시트로 수박성장크기에 따라 가리개의 넓이를 조절할수 있는 멜빵끈과 멜빵홈및 통풍슬리트(slit)를 마련하여,외형이 구(球)형상인 수박에 밀착커버되게 하여 비바람등에 의해 잘벗겨지지 않게 하며,빗물의 배수나 적정한 통풍성도 양호하며, 생산방식도 일공정의 롤프레스(roll press)방식으로 제조될수 있게 하여 제품의 생산원가를 저렴하게 하는 유용한 고안이다.In general, the role of watermelon sunshade used in watermelon cultivation farmers is to spread the straw on the watermelon in the dry season, which has a lot of insolation, to block excessive direct sunlight on the watermelon.
