Abstract

본 고안은 에스컬레이터(escalator)방식의 교반기(攪拌機)에 장치하여 회전부[스프로킷(sprocket)과 체인(chain)]에 이물질이 끼이는 것을 방지하는 이물질 끼임 방지장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a foreign matter pinch prevention device for preventing foreign matter from being caught in a rotating part (sprocket and chain) by installing in an escalator type agitator.

본 고안의 구성은 교반기의 에스컬레이터 양쪽 측면에 스커트(skirt) 모양의 이물질 끼임 방지판을 부착하는 것으로 방지판의 크기는 에스컬레이터의 측면에서 보아 위 부분은 이송날이 움직이는 외곽선을 덮을 정도의 크기로 하고 아래 부분은 이송날이 부착된 체인이 밑으로 쳐진 모양이 덮힐 수 있는 크기로 만들어서 에스컬레이터의 양쪽 측면에 고정하면 된다.The constitution of the present invention is to attach a skirt-like foreign substance jam prevention plate on both sides of the escalator of the stirrer.
