종래에는 주로 케이스 원자재가 P.V.C로 되어 있어서 케이스 접착시 초음파등으로 접합부 표면을 고온으로 가열하여 사용하여 왔으나 케이스 바깥면에서 접착을 하보니 포장 케이스 표면에 요작업 흔적이 남아 외관상 보기가 좋지 못해 상품의 질을 저하 시킴은 물론이고 P.V.C는 내구성이 약하고 투명성이 선명하지 못하기 때문에 약간의 외부의 충격에도 결이 생겨 장기간 사용하지 못하였으며 폐품을 소각할때 유해가스가 많이 생겨 재활용에도 적합하지 못하였고 P.E.T 원자재를 사용할 경우 기존 P.V.C 접착 방식데로 고주파 등을 이용하여 케이스 표면을 아무리 가열하여도 재질의 특성상 잘 접착되지 못해 이를 기피하는 폐단이 있었다.Conventionally, the raw material of the case is mainly made of PVC, and when the case is bonded, it has been used by heating the surface of the junction part with an ultrasonic lamp at high temperature.
