본 고안은 건축용 바닥판재,외장재등 복합적으로 사용하기 위한 판넬로서 바닥판재로 사용시 실냉의 항온 항습이 잘되도록 하면서 외장재로는 온도변화에 따른 판재의 휨 방지와 결로방지등 완벽한 방수효과를 제공할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 도시된 바와같이 건축용도에 따라 프라스틱이나 석고보드 또는 합판 등을 용도에 맞게 선택하여 상,하부판재(1),(2)의 외측에 일정한 규격으로 요철(1'),(2')을 형성하고 양측판재(1),(2)사이에는 벌집모양의 육각공(3')이 천공된 허니콤(3)을 배치하고 양측판넬(1),(2)사이에 배치된 하니콤(3)에 천공된 육각공(3') 및 기타 공간에 폴리우레탄을 충입 경화시켜 하나의 판넬(P)을 구성하여 건축용도에 따라 폴리우레탄의 압축강도를 신축성있게 조절하여 주어 어떠한 환경에도 온도 변화에 따른 휨 및 변형을 방지 해주며 결로 및 방수를 100 % 완벽하게 해결한 것으로서 한편 본고안은 경량이면서도 간단한 공정으로 제조되는 것으로 자재비가 저렴하며 시공이 간편한 매우 효과적인 고안인 것이다.This design is a panel for complex use such as building floor boards and exterior materials.
