Abstract
1 to 20 sheets of high density perforated PVC sheets each having a plurality of perforations are laminated, and a glass fiber sheet is adhered to the upper or lower portion of the high density perforated PVC sheet, and the upper surface of the laminated high density perforated PVC sheet The flooring material which adhere | attached the surface material of resin material is disclosed. Since the perforated portion formed in the PVC sheet absorbs the contraction or expansion of the PVC sheet, the flooring material of this configuration eliminates the difference in shrinkage or expansion rate between the surface material and the PVC sheet, thereby preventing cracking or warping of the flooring material due to temperature changes as in the prior art. You can always maintain a beautiful horizontal plane.
Description
The present invention relates to a flooring using a perforated PVC sheet having a basic configuration of bonding a surface material made of wood, Hanji, etc. to the upper surface of a high density perforated polyvinyl chloride sheet (perforated polyvinyl chloride sheet).
Unlike ordinary PVC flooring, PVC flooring, which bonds wood to PVC sheets, has a growing demand for high-end building interior materials because the surface gives the appearance and texture of wood. However, the surface of the PVC flooring due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between wood and high density PVC sheet This cracking or warping cannot keep the plane permanent.
In an attempt to solve such a problem, Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 1998-047176 bonds a back sheet to a bottom of a high density PVC sheet or adheres a veneer and a PVC sheet through a nonwoven fabric between a veneer and a PVC sheet. As described above, the veneer PVC flooring absorbs the difference in shrinkage or expansion rate between the PVC sheet and the veneer in the backsheet layer or the nonwoven layer. There is a problem in that it is not possible to absorb the shrinkage or expansion difference in the ground material can not fundamentally prevent cracking or bending phenomenon.
The present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, the technical problem of the present invention is to provide a PVC flooring using a perforated PVC sheet that can maintain a horizontal surface at all times, the surface does not crack or bend after construction. The technical problem of the present invention is to stack a plurality of perforated parts of 1-20 sheets of high-density perforated PVC sheets formed on the upper and lower surfaces thereof, and thermally fuse them together so as to form a single body. It is achieved by providing a PVC flooring using a perforated PVC sheet characterized in that the glass fiber sheet is bonded to the bottom, and the surface material is bonded to the upper surface of the laminated high density perforated PVC sheet. Or are formed to communicate with each other. The surface material may be wood, Hanji, fiber cloth, FRP, and thermosetting water. Is selected from the group consisting of a plate. The can-density lower surface of the perforated PVC sheet and another glass fiber sheet can be adhered. Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings, the bottom ash with a perforated PVC sheet according to the present invention will be described in detail.
