Description
The present invention relates to concrete interlocking blocks (hereinafter referred to as 'blocks') for concrete roads and roads. More specifically, when using mixed materials of surface layer, aggregates (sand, silica) having a thickness of 1 to 3 mm are used. The transparent surface is applied to the upper surface of the to be a durable block.
Conventional blocks were produced using a very fine sand, such as almost dust having an aggregate of 1.0 mm or less in diameter, by mixing cement and pigment and adding water to compact the hydraulic molding machine in which vibration and compression were combined.
However, such a conventional block has a smooth surface, so that the color painted on the surface is not only rapidly fading or discoloring, but also whitening easily occurs, and it is visually very hard and the surface layer is too dense, so it is difficult to Raindrops hit the surface of the block, so that the walking pedestrian's shoes or pants not only get wet easily, but also the water drains easily on the block due to the lack of drainage. There was a problem.
The present invention has been filed in order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and when the mixed material of the block surface layer is used, aggregates having a thickness corresponding to 1 to 3 mm are selected in advance, and the upper surface of the block has a clear color by applying a transparent emulsion. And not only discoloration is suppressed but also made to be a block excellent durability as described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

Water in the body layer 10 and sand, cement mixtures made by mixing water in a mixture of sand, stone powder, gravel, cement, etc. in a mold having various kinds of shapes such as S, U, R, D, T, and square shapes. In the conventional concrete interlocking block for road and roadway made by compression molding a material with a molding machine in which hydraulic and vibration are combined so that the surface layer 20 made by mixing a small amount of pigment with a small amount of pigment is 1 to 3 mm thick. Sand or silica sand is mixed with water and a small amount of pigment to form a surface layer 20, and a transparent emulsion 30 is applied to the upper surface of the finished block as necessary.
Unexplained reference numeral '40' indicates a mounting jaw.
In this way, the present invention uses natural sand or silica sand to dry the natural sand or silica sand by using sand or silica sand of 1 to 3 mm in which the particle size is much larger than a mixture of 1.0 mm size sand and cement, which is the aggregate used in the surface layer 20 of the existing block. Since the upper surface layer 20 is rougher and less dense than the existing block by forming the surface layer 20 of the block, the drain surface is excellent in rainy weather, and the surface color of the block is clear by applying the transparent emulsion 30 to the upper surface as necessary. It also prevents discoloration and discoloration, resulting in a much longer life than conventional blocks.
In addition, the surface of the block that is slightly rough during pedestrian walking not only provides visual stability, but also provides excellent anti-slip performance in rainy weather and prevents water from accumulating on the road due to its excellent drainage, preventing various safety accidents caused by slipping. It becomes possible.
As such, the present invention is not only durable in color and suppressed discoloration, but also resistant to wear and prolonged life, which is not only durable and very economical, but also excellent in visual stability and excellent performance in anti-slip or drainage. There is an advantage that greatly helps pedestrians to walk safely.
