Claims (2)
- 수도계량기의 보호통의 뚜껑을 구성함에 있어서 뚜껑(1)의 사출성형시 하방으로 보강돌기(3a)를 가진 통공(3)과 상부로 보강돌기(4)를 구비한 보강판(2)을 매입하고, 저부에는 나사공(5a)이 구비된 지지구(5) 수개를 형성하여 이와 결합될 수 있도록 나사삽입구(6a)가 구비된 지지구(6) 수개를 형성한 고정판(7)을 뚜껑(1)의 내륜(8) 사이에 끼워 나사(9)로 결합하고, 뚜껑(1)과 고정판(7) 사이의 공간부에 보온 단열재층(10)을 형성하여서 됨을 특징으로 한 단열기능이 보강된 수도계량기 보호통의 뚜껑(독립항)
- 제 1항에 있어서,뚜껑(20)의 사출성형시 1차성형된 보강심(21)을 매입 성형하는 통상의 것에 있어서 뚜껑(1) 저부에는 나사공(22a)이 구비된 지지구(22) 수개를 형성하고 이와 결합될수 있도록 나사삽입구(23a)가 구비된 지지구(23) 수개를 형성한 고정판(24)을 뚜껑(20)의 내륜(25) 사이에 끼워 나사(26)로 결합한 공간에 보온단열재층(27)이 구비되도록 에폭시와 우레탄등의 발포성 수지를 충진시켜서 구성됨을 특징으로한 단열기능이 보강된 수도계량기 보호통의 뚜껑(종속항)
