Abstract

본 고안은 음료 및 주류의 캔을 개봉하여 마실 때 용기 내용물의 출렁임을 방지하기 위해 캔 개봉시 캔 자체에 공기유입구를 뚫어 주어 출렁임을 없애주고 부수적으로 캔따개 손잡이에 부착된 공기유입구 개방용 돌출부에 의해 내용물 배출구 개봉시에 손가락이 들어갈 수 있는 공간을 확보하도록 고안한 것이다.

본 고안은 맥주나 음료캔을 개봉하여 마실 때 유입구에 밀착되거나 공간이 충분치 않으면 캔내부로 공기가 유입되지 못해 내용물이 출렁이게 되어 이로인해 가스와 거품이 발생하여 마시기가 용이하지 않다는 점에 착안하여 캔의 개봉 손잡이 부분에 돌출부를 형성하고 돌출부의 맞닿는 부분에 공기유입구를 뚫어줄 수 있는 작은 개봉부위를 설치하여 간단한 동작으로 공기유입구를 뚫어줄 수 있도록 한 것으로, 도면으로 그 구조를 상술한다.
기존의 캔 개봉손잡이①에 돌출부②를 부착하고 캔의 상판④에 공기유입구③을 형성한다. 이 때 공기유입구③은 개봉이 용이하도록 기존의 배출구 처럼 가절단한다.
'제1동작'을 통해 제1도,제2도와 같이 내용물이 나올 수 있도록 배출구를 개방하고 다시 '제2동작'을 통해 상판④에 공기유입구③을 뚫어준다.
본 고안은 탄산음료,맥주 등의 캔을 개봉하여 마실 때 내용물의 출렁임으로 인해 가스와 거품이 발생하고 다량의 내용물을 마시기가 쉽지 않다는 점을 개선하기 위해 자체적으로 공기유입구를 뚫을 수 있도록 고안한 것이다.

캔의 상판에 간단한 동작으로 공기유입구를 뚫어줌으로써 음료의 출렁임을 방지하여 가스와 거품이 발생하지 않게되고 컵으로 마시는 것처럼 편하게 마실 수 있으며 손잡이에 형성된 돌출부에 의해 손잡이의 상단에 손가락을 넣을 수 있는 공간을 확보할 수 있다.
