본 고안은 주차브레이크에 발생된 유격을 자동으로 조정할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것으로서, 자동차의 이동을 방지하기 위하여 운전석의 일측에 설치된 주차브레이크에 있어서, 상기 주차브레이크를 작동하는 손잡이(10)의 일측 끝단에 형성된 작동편(12)과, 상기 작동편(12)의 하부에 설치된 스위치(20)에 의해서 구동되는 모터(30)와, 상기 모터(30)의 구동으로 회전되는 엘엠나사(40)에 나사결합된 이동부재(50)와, 상기 이동부재(50)에 결합된 링크(60)와, 상기 링크(60)의 끝단에 설치된 고정부재(70)로 이루어져서 주차브레이크에 유격이 발생하면 상기 유격 만큼 더욱 이동하는 손잡이에 형성된 작동편(12)에 의해서 모터가 구동되어 손잡이(10)와 주차브레이크의 각 끝단의 거리가 멀어지게 되므로 별도의 보상작업을 하지 않고도 유격이 자동으로 보상되므로 주차브레이크의 오동작에 의한 안전사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있게 되는 것이다.The present invention is intended to automatically adjust the clearance generated in the parking brake, in the parking brake installed on one side of the driver's seat to prevent the movement of the car, at one end of the handle 10 for operating the parking brake Screwed to the formed operating piece 12, the motor 30 driven by the switch 20 provided in the lower portion of the operating piece 12, and the EL screw 40 rotated by the drive of the motor 30.
