Abstract

본 고안은 음식점이나 사무실등에서 칸막이용으로 주로 사용되는 홀딩도어에 있어 도어패널의 자유단측 단부에 접속되는 개폐손잡이바에 관한 것으로서, 개폐손잡이바의 접촉면에 연접하여 내측으로 삽입공을 형성하고 이 삽입공에 고무자석을 매립하여 단단히 고정시킴으로서 도어패널의 이동에 따른 진동이나 충격에 의해 고무자석이 이탈될 염려가 없이 안전하게 장기간 사용할 수가 있고, 또한 고무자석이 접촉면의 외부로 일체 노출되지 않기 때문에 미관상 보기가 좋은 이점이 있다.

Description

홀딩도어 개폐손잡이바
본 고안은 음식점이나 사무실등에서 칸막이용으로 주로 사용되는 홀딩도어에 있어서, 도어패널의 자유단측 단부에 접속되는 개폐손잡이바에 관한 것이다. 종래에는 개폐손잡이바의 접촉면에 요입홈을 형성하고 이 요입홈에 고무자석을 삽입하여서 접착제로 접착하였으므로 사용중 도어패널의 이동에 따른 진동이나 충격에 의해 고무자석이 쉽게 이탈될 염려가 있었고, 또한 고무자석이 항상 접촉면의 외부로 노출된 상태가 되어서 미관상 보기가 좋지 못하였었다.
본 고안에서는 상기한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 개폐손잡이바의 접촉면에 연접하여 내측으로 삽입공을 형성하고 이 삽입공에 고무자석을 매립하여 단단히 고정시킴으로서 도어패널의 이동에 따른 진동이나 충격에 의해 고무자석이 이탈될 염려가 없이 장기간 안전하게 사용할 수가 있고, 또한 고무자석이 접촉면의 외부로 일체 노출되지 않아서 미관상 보기가 좋은 이점이 있다.

본 고안의 구성 및 작용을 첨부된 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 사시도로서, 관체로된 몸체(1)의 일측 모서리에는 연결홈(2)이 요입되고, 접촉면(3)의 내측으로 연접하여 삽입공(4)이 형성되였으며, 이 삽입공(4)에 고무자석(11)을 매립시킨 구성이다.
도 2는 도 1의 종단면도로서, 접촉면(3)의 내측으로 연접하여 삽입공(4)이 형성되고, 이 삽입공(4)에 고무자석(11)이 단단히 매립되어 있다.
도 3은 종래제품의 종단면도로서, 접촉면(3)의 중앙에 삽입홈(21)이 요입되고, 이 요입홈(21)에 고무자석(11)이 삽입된 구성으로서 고무자석(11)이 항상 접촉면(3)의 외부로 노출된 상태이다.
도 4와 도 5는 본 고안의 실시상태도로서, 몸체(1)의 연결홈(2)에 도어패널(31)의일단이 연결구(41)로 접속되어 있으며, 도어패널(31)을 펼쳐서 닫을 때 대향측에 설치된 도어패널(31)의 몸체(1)와 접촉이 되면 양측 몸체(1)의 접촉면(3)내에 매립된 고무자석(11)의 자력에 의하여 단단히 접합되어서 도어패널(31)이 닫힌 상태를 유지하게 된다.
상기에서와 같이 몸체(1)의 접촉면(3)에 연접하여 내측으로 삽입공(4)을 형성하고 이 삽입공(4)에 고무자석(11)을 매립하여 단단히 고정되게 하므로서 사용중 도어패널(31)의 이동에 따른 진동이나 충격에 의해 고무자석(11)이 이탈될 염려가 없고, 또한 고무자석(11)이 접촉면(3)의 외부로 일체 노출이 되지않아서 미관상 보기가 좋은 이점이 있다.
