Abstract
본 고안은 핸들 감응식 헤드램프장치에 관한 것으로 특히 자동차의 야간주행시 핸들의 회전시 위치변화에 따라 헤드램프가 일정각도내에서 좌우로 회전될수 있도록 함으로 운전자의 시야를 확보하여 운전자의 안전운전에 도움을 줄수 있도록 하는 것으로서, 램프부가 고정되는 베어링과, 상기 베어링을 회전시키는 랙크부와, 상기 랙크부를 로울러을 이용해 구동시키는 압력피스톤과, 상기 압력피스톤에 전달하는 핸들의 회전량을 감지하는 체크밸브를 구성한 것이다.

제1도는 본 고안의 헤드램프장치 구성도.

본 고안은 핸들감응식 헤드램프장치에 관한 것으로서 특히 차량의 야간주행시 핸들의 회전을 감지하여 자동적으로 헤드램프가 회전되도록 하여 운전자의 시야를 확보할수 있도록 한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차의 등화장치는 크게 2가지로 구분할수 있는데, 그것은 대상물을 잘 보는것을 목적으로 하는 조명기능과 다른 차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자기차의 주행상태를 알리는 것을 목적으로 하는 신호기능이다.
특히 헤드램프은 야간에 자동차가 안전하게 주행하기 위해 전방을 조명하는 램프로서 평상시에는 하향등으로 사용하며, 위험표시나 상대방차에 대한 경고시 상향등을 일시적으로 사용하게 된다.
그러나 종래 헤드램프는 항상 방향이 고정되어 있기 때문에 급커브길이나 언덕길등을 야간에 주행하게 되면, 차량의 진행방향쪽에 대한 시야확보가 어려워 운전자가 돌발사태에 대비하기 어려운 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 점을 감안하여 램프부가 고정되는 베어링과, 상기 베어링을 회전시키는 랙크부와, 상기 랙크부를 로울러을 이용해 구동시키는 압력피스톤과, 상기 압력피스톤에 전달하는 핸들의 회전량을 감지하는 체크밸브를 구성함으로서, 야간운전중에도 운전자가 급회전시 회전방향으로의 운전시야를 확보할수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다.
본 고안을 첨부도면을 참조하여 설명한다.
먼저 구성을 살펴보면 램프부(1)가 고정되는 베어링(2)파, 상기 베어링(2)을 회전시키는 랙크부(3)와, 상기 랙크부(3)를 로울러(4)을 이용해 구동시키는 압력피스톤(5)과, 상기 압력피스톤(5)을 일정거리만큼 움직이도록 하는 2방밸브(10)와, 상기 2방밸브(10)에 내부압력을 전달하는 트러스트기어(8)와, 상기 트러스트기어(8)를 실린더 내에서 공기압력에 의해 좌우 유동시키는 압력판(7)과, 상기 압력판(7)을 유동시키도록 하는 체크밸브(6)와, 상기 체크밸브(6)가 핸들의 회전을 감응할수 있도록 하는서지탱크(11)를 구성하였다.
도면중 미 설명부호 9 는 가이드를 나타낸다.
이와같이 구성된 상태에서 핸들샤프트(미도시)의 회전에 의해 트러스트기어(8)가 회전과 직선운동을 하게 되고 상기 트러스트기어에 의해 실린더 내부의 압력판(7)이 이동하게 되면 내부압력 변화에 의해 진공의 압력변화가 발생하여 서지탱크의 압력에 의해 2방밸브로 이동되게 된다.
그리고 바람의 공급량에 따라 압력피스톤(?)이 일정거리만큼 움직이며 로울러(4)에 의해 랙크부(3)와 피니언기어부가 회전하고 이로인해 베어링(3)이 움직인 만큼 함께 연결된 부위를 회전시켜 헤드램프(1)를 좌우로 움직일수 있도록 되는 것이다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와같은 본 고안은 야간주행시 핸들의 위치변화에 따라 헤드램프가 일정각도내에서 좌우로 회전될수 있도록 함으로 운전자의 시야를 확보하여 운전자의 안전운전에 도움을 줄수 있도록 하는 고안이다.

- 램프부가 고정되는 베어링과, 상기 베어링을 회전시키는 랙크부와, 상기 랙크부를 로울러을 이용해 구동시키는 압력피스톤과, 상기 압력피스톤에 전달하는 서지탱크를 이용해 핸들의 회전량을 감지하는 체크밸브를 구비한것을 특징으로 하는 핸들감응식 헤드램프장치.
