Abstract
본 고안은 강판을 소망형상으로 절단하는데 사용하는 플라즈마 아크절단기에 설치하여 절단시에 발생하는 분진, 연기등 유해기체를 작업장의 밖으로 배출하는 플라즈마 아크절단기의 배연장치에 관한 것이다. 알려진 플라즈마 아크절단기의 배연장치는 절단기본체에 집진장치를 탑재하여 분진을 제거하는 방식과 집진장치로 별도로 설치하여 분진을 집진하는 방식이 있으나, 전자는 장비에 집진설비를 탑재하여 사용하므로 공간의 활용도는 좋으나 집진기의 용량을 증대하는데는 한계가 있고 후자는 집진기의 용량을 얼마든지 증대할 수 있는 장점은 있으나 장비의 설치시 많은 공간과 정반제작비용이 많이 드는 폐단이 있었다.The present invention is directed to a plasma arc cutting device for installing a plasma arc cutting machine that is used to cut a steel plate in a desired shape and discharges harmful gases such as dust and smoke generated during cutting out of the workplace.
