Abstract
본 고안은 신규한 구성의 공기조화장치용 에어블랜더에 대해 개시한다.The present invention discloses an air blender for an air conditioner of a novel configuration.
종래에는 공기조화장치의 믹싱박스에서 외기와 환기를 유입시켜 필터와 열교환코일을 거쳐서 적정조건의 공기를 실내로 송풍하도록 하였으나, 믹싱박스내에서 외기와 냉기가 잘 흔합되지않아 성층화 현상이 발생됨으로 인해, 고동속에 의한 필터손상, 열교환코일의 응축수비산현상 및 온도조절기의 오동작에 의한 비효율적인 열원장치의 운용등의 여러문제점을 야기하게 되었다.Conventionally, air and ventilation are introduced into a mixing box of an air conditioner to blow air of a suitable condition into a room through a filter and a heat exchange coil. 본 고안은 공기조화장치(air conditioning system)에 관한 것으로서, 특히 환기와 외기가 믹싱박스내에서 잘 혼합될수 있도록 된 공기조화장치용 에어 블랜더에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to an air conditioning system, and more particularly, to an air blender for an air conditioning system in which ventilation and outdoor air can be mixed well in a mixing box.

본 고안의 목적은 상술한 종래의 문제점들을 감안하여 안출된 것으로 본 고안의 목적은 에어믹싱박스 내부에서 환기와 외기를 잘 혼합시켜서 성층화 현상이 발생되지 않도록 한 상태의 고른 분포의 기류로 변환시켜 필터와 열교환기 코일측으로 송풍되도록 한 신규한 구성의 공기조화장치용 에어블랜더를 제공하는데 이와같은 목적을 달성하기위한 본 고안의 공기조화장치용 에어블랜더는 방사상으로 다수의 날개가 일방향으로 경사져서 설치되어 있는 내측통로와, 이 내측 통로의 외곽에서 방사상으로 다수의 날개가 내측통로의 날개와 반대방향으로 경사지게 설치되어 있는 외측통로로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.The object of the present invention was devised in view of the above-described conventional problems.
