Abstract

본 고안은 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 관한 것으로, 헤드램프 배선콘넥터를 취부후 작업성을 향상시키기 위하여, 전원 공급용 콘넥터와, 전선을 보호하기 위해 설치된 그로매트(60)로 형성된 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)에 있어서, 상기 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)를 고정수단(20)에 의해 헤드램프하우징(30)의 바깥쪽으로 노출되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 관한 것이다.

본 고안은 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 관한 것으로, 특히 헤드램프 배선콘넥터의 취부를 쉽게하고, 부품수를 줄일 수 있도록 한 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 관한 것이다.
첨부도면 제1도에 도시된 바와 같이 헤드램프의 조립은, 헤드램프 배선구멍(52)에 삽입하기 위한 삽입홈(62)과, 전선(66)을 삽입하기 위한 배선구멍(64)을 형성한 그로매트(60)를 헤드램프 배선구멍(52)으로 삽입하고, 콘넥터(70)에 고정된 전선(66)을 상기 헤드램프 배선구멍(52)으로 삽입하여 헤드램프를 조립하도록 되어있다.
그러나 누수방지, 견고성등의 목적 때문에 형성한 그로매트(60)의 턱(68) 부위가 높고, 그로매트(60)의 재료가 연질인 관계로 인해 취부작업이 어렵고, 또 이에 따라 작업성이 떨엉지는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같은 제반 문제점들을 해소하고자 안출한 것으로, 헤드램프 배선콘넥터를 취부할 때, 작업성을 향상시키고 부품수를 줄이려 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
이러한 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전원 공급용 콘넥터와, 전선을 보호하기 위해 설치된 그로매트로 형성된 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 있어서, 상기 헤드램프 배선콘넥터를 고정수단에 의해 헤드램프 하우징 바깥쪽으로 노출되도록 형성하여 헤드램프 배선콘넥터가 제공된다.
이하 본 고안에 따른 헤드램프 배선콘넥터의 실시예를 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
제2도는 본 고안에 따른 헤드램프 배선콘넥터를 보인 사시도이며, 제3도는 본 고안에 따른 헤드램프 배선콘넥터의 결합상태를 보인 단면도로서, 이에 도시한 바와 같이 헤드램프하우징(30) 일측에 전원을 공급하기 위하여, 다른 한짝의 콘넥터와 연결되는 연결부(40)가 설치되고, 헤드램프하우징(30)에 고정되는 고정수단(20)을 설치한다.
상기 연결부(40)는 다수개의 전도체(42)를 매설하도록 하며, 외면은 다른 한짝의 콘넥터와 한쌍을 이루도록 형성하는 것이 바람직하고, 상기 연결부(40)의 우측단에는 견고한 밀착을 위하여 플랜지(44)를 형성하였다. 상기 전도체(42)의 후단은 전선(46)과 연결할 수 있도록 관통공을 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 고정수단(20)은 헤드램프하우징(30)에 고정하기 위하여 걸쇠(22)와, 플랜지(44) 후단에는 오링홈(48)을 형성하도록 한다.
또한 상기 오링홈(48)에는 누수를 방지하기 위하여 오링(49)을 장착 하도록 한다.
이상에서와 같은 본 고안의 실시예에 따른 작용효과를 첨부도면을 참조하여 상세히 설명한다.
헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)의 오링홈(48)에 오링(49)을 장착하고 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)를 헤드램프 배선구멍(52)에 삽입할 때, 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)의 완곡면(12)이 헤드램프 배선구멍(52)과 미끄럼접촉을 하며 쉽게 헤드램프 하우징(30)에 고정된다.
위와 같이 헤드램프하우징(30)에 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)가 고정되면 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)의 지지면(26)이 헤드램프하우징(30)의 걸림부(32)에 밀착고정되며, 오링홈(48)에 고정된 오링(49)이 더욱 견고하게 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)와 헤드램프하우징(30)을 고정하게된다.
상기 작업을 실시 후 헤드램프를 조립한다.
이상에서와 같이 본 고안은 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)를 고정수단(20)에 의해 헤드램프하우징(30)의 바깥쪽으로 노출되도록 형성하여 신속한 작업이 가능하므로 향상되고, 부품수를 줄일 수 있는 장점을 지닌것이다.

  1. 전원 공급용 콘넥터와, 전선을 보호하기 위해 설치된 그로매트(60)로 형성된 헤드램프 배선콘넥터에 있어서, 상기 헤드램프 배선콘넥터(10)를 고정수단(20)에 의해 헤드램프하우징(30)의 바깥쪽으로 노출되도록 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 헤드램프 배선콘넥터.
