Claims (9)
- 수소화 정제용 촉매를 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질 및 환원제의 존재하에 접촉반응시켜 수소화 정제용 촉매를 에이징시키는 단계; 및 에이징된 촉매의 잔존 성능을 측정하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 정제용 촉매는 한 종류 이상의 8(VIII)족 금속이 고체 담체에 담지된 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 수소화 정제용 촉매는 한 종류 이상의 8(VIII)족 금속이 탄소 , 실리카, 알루니마, 실리카알루미나, 또는 티타니아 담체에 담지된 촉매임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 한 종류 이상의 8(VIII)족 금속은 플라티늄(Pt), 팔라듐(Pd), 루테늄(Ru), 팔라듐-루테늄(Pd-Ru), 또는 팔라듐-플라티늄(Pd-Pt)임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질은 알킬아로마틱 화합물의 산화반응을 통하여 아로마틱카본산을 제조하는 경우 산화반응이 불충분하게 진행되어 얻어지는 중간체임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질은 알데히드 또는 케톤류임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질은 4-카복시벤즈알데히드, 3-카복시벤즈알데히드, 또는 2-포르밀-6-나프토익산임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 정제용 촉매는 팔라듐/탄소(Pd/C), 또는 팔라듐-루테늄/탄소(Pd-Ru/C)이고, 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질은 4-카복시벤즈알데히드, 3-카복시벤즈알데히드, 또는 2-포르밀-6-나프토익산임을 특징으로 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수소화 정제용 촉매는 팔라듐/탄소(Pd/C), 또는 팔라듐-루테늄/탄소(Pd-Ru/C)이고, 수소화하여 제거하고자 하는 물질은 4-카복시벤즈알데히드와 테레프탈산의 혼합물, 3-카복시벤즈알데히드와 이소프탈산의 혼합물, 또는 2-포르밀-6-나프토익산과 나프탈렌디카본산의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 수소화 정제용 촉매의 성능평가 방법.
