Claims (5)
- 장주기 격자부와 단주기 격자부가 형성되어 있는 코아를 포함하는 광섬유; 및상기 장주기 격자부에 대응하는 광섬유의 외부를 감싸고 있는 차단 부재를 포함하는 광섬유 격자 센서.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 차단 부재는 유리관으로 이루어지는 광섬유 격자 센서.
- 설정 파장의 광신호만을 선택적으로 반사시키는 장주기 격자부와 단주기 격자부가 형성되어 있는 코아를 포함하는 광섬유와,상기 장주기 격자부에 대응하는 광섬유의 외부를 감싸고 있는 차단 부재를 포함하며, 외부로부터 인가되는 스트레인에 따라 상기 반사되는 광신호의 반사 대역폭이 가변되는 광섬유 격자 센서;상기 광섬유 격자 센서로 광신호를 출력하는 광원;및상기 광섬유 격자 센서로부터 반사되어 출력되는 광신호를 검출하여 해당하는 전기적인 신호를 출력하는 광검출기를 포함하는 스트레인 측정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 차단 부재는 유리관으로 이루어지는 스트레인 측정 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광원으로부터 출력되는 광신호를 상기 광섬유 격자 센서로 전송하고, 상기 광섬유 격자 센서로부터 반사되는 광신호를 상기 광검출기로 전송하는 방향성 결합기를 더 포함하는 스트레인 측정 장치.
