Abstract

PURPOSE: A carrier tape conveyor is provided to prevent a work from being discharged out of a recess of a carrier tape while the carrier tape is carried. CONSTITUTION: A carrier tape conveyor(10) is used for carrying a carrier tape(2) with a recess storing a work(1). The carrier tape conveyor is provided with a carrying table(3) with a travel channel(3a) on which the carrier tape travels and a cover(4) disposed above the traveling channel of the carrying tape are provided. A cover channel(3b) is provided on the travel channel on the carrying table. The cover channel is provided with the width larger than that of the travel channel, and the cover is fitted in the cover channel.
