The system control unit panel is composed of a system control unit(205), an instrument lamp(206), the vehicle wheel control, the valve manual controller and a brake switch(209). The vehicle wheel control unit is composed of F.R displayer, R.L displayer, F.L displayer, R.R displayer, a speed controller and a wheel control mode switch. The valve manual controller is composed of a valve mode change switch, ABS/TCS disoperation switch, ABS/TCS operation-pressure increasing switch, ABS/TCS operation-maintain switch and ABS/TCS operation-pressure reducing switch.
