Description
Claims (22)
- 벽을 형성하면서 서로 평행하게 배치된 다수의 튜브를 구비하고, 이들 튜브의 벽의 적어도 한쪽은 내부벽으로 되어 있되, 상기 각각의 튜브는;제 1직경을 가지면서 그 측면이 고체하강선을 한정하는 내부벽을 형성하는 상부튜브부와;상기 제 1직경보다 작은 제 2직경을 가진 직경감소튜브부;상기 상부튜브부와 직경감소튜브부 사이를 연결하는 원뿔형튜브부;상기 다수의 각 튜브의 상부튜브부를 연결하는 다수의 멤브레인막대 및;상기 다수의 튜브상에 장착되고서 적어도 원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우되, 그 상부선단이 고체하강선의 외부에 있는 내화수단;을 구비하는, 내화성 덮개를 갖춘 순환유동상 보일러용 튜브벽.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 다수의 튜브 위에 위치되고서, 적어도 원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우는 성형된 내화재를 구비하여, 내화재의 상부선단이 상기 고체하강선의 바깥쪽에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 다수의 튜브 위에 장착되고서, 적어도 원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우되, 내화타일의 상부선단이 고체하강선의 바깥쪽에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 내화타일에 덧붙여 성형된 내화재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 내화타일 부분의 아래와 원뿔형튜브부의 노출된 부분에 내마모성 코팅부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 튜브에 내화타일을 고정시키는 장착수단을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 장착수단은 원뿔형튜브부와 직경감소튜브부에 다수의 각 튜브를 같이 연결하는 맞춰진 멤브레인수단과, 이 맞춰진 멤브레인수단에 내화타일을 지지하는 다수의 나사못과 너트커넥터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 장착수단은 원뿔형튜브부와 직경감소튜브부에 다수의 튜브 중 인접한 것들을 연결하는 맞춰진 멤브레인수단과, 인접한 튜브들 사이에 있는 내화타일의 상부선단으로부터 적어도 부분적으로 멤브레인막대와 맞춰진 멤브레인막대 사이로 수직하게 뻗은 가늘고 긴 탭을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 장착수단은 내화타일 아래에 있는 다수의 각 튜브를 연결하는 하부의 멤브레인벽에 내화타일의 바닥부를 연결하는 적어도 하나의 체결클립을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 내화타일과 함께 연속면을 형성하되, 이 연속면의 적어도 일부는 고체하강선상에 놓이는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 내화타일은 몸체부와, 이 몸체부로부터 내화타일의상부선단을 향해 가늘어지는 상부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 원뿔형튜브부와 직경감소튜브부 사이에 연결된 다수의 맞춰진 멤브레인막대와, 각각의 맞춰진 멤브레인막대의 상응하는 상부선단과 하부선단을 연결하는 다수의 상부밀봉판 및 하부밀봉판을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브벽.
- 서로 평행하게 배치된 다수의 튜브를 구비하되, 상기 각각의 튜브는:제 1직경을 가지면서 그 측면이 고체하강선을 한정하는 상부튜브부와;상기 제 1직경보다 작은 제 2직경을 가진 직경감소튜브부;상기 상부튜브부와 직경감소튜브부 사이에 연결된 원뿔형튜브부;상기 다수의 각 튜브의 상부튜브부를 연결하는 다수의 멤브레인막대 및;상기 다수의 튜브상에 장착되고서 적어도 원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우되, 그 상부선단인 고체하강선을 넘어서 뻗어 있지 않은 내화수단;을 구비하는, 내화성 덮개를 갖춘 순환유동상 보일러용 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 다수의 튜브 위에 위치되고서, 적어도원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우되, 그 상부선단이 고체하강선을 넘어서 뻗어 있지 않은 성형된 내화재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 다수의 튜브 위에 장착되고서, 적어도 원뿔형튜브부의 일부와 각 튜브의 직경감소부를 덮어 씌우되, 그 상부선단이 고체하강선을 넘어서 뻗어 있지 않은 내화타일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 내화수단은 내화타일에 덧붙여 성형된 내화재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 내화재의 부분 아래와 원뿔형튜브부의 노출된 부분에 내마모성 코팅부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 튜브 둘레로 서로에 대해 내화타일을 지지하는 다수의 나사못 및 너트커넥터를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 튜브부는 격벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 튜브부는 익벽인 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 상부튜브부와 직경감소튜브부 사이에 연결된 편심적인 원뿔형튜브부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 상부튜브부와 직경감소튜브부 사이에 연결된 편심적인 원뿔형튜브부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 튜브.
