Claims (1)
- 광센서 어레이를 사용한 고속 주사형 다채널 분광광도계를 구성함에 있어(1) 광섬유를 이용하여 광원의 빛을 두개로 나누어 기준시료와 분석시료를 통과시킨 다음 하나의 다채널 분광기를 사용하여 고속으로 두 개의 시료를 분석하는 다채널 겹살 분광분석기.(2) 솔레노이드와 다수의 구멍이 뚫린 빛가리개를 사용하여 기준시료와 분석시료를 통과한 빛중 어느 하나를 전기적 신호에 의하여 선택한 다음 분광기에 입사되도록 하는 방법(3) 분광기의 입구에 두 개의 반사거울을 설치하여 기준시료와 분석시료를 통과하여 들어오는 빛을 또 다른 반사거울에 각각 반사시켜 다채널 분광기의 입구슬릿에 입사되도록 하는 광학장치
