Abstract
Description
본 발명은 음식물 쓰레기의 호기성 발효장치에 관한 것이며, 보다 상세하게는 음식물 쓰레기를 호기성 미생물에 의해 발효시켜 퇴비와 사료 등으로 자원화 하는 호기성 발효장치에 관한 것이다. 인구의 증가, 생활수준의 향상 등으로 인하여 음식물 쓰레기의 발생량은 지속적으로 증가하는 추세에 있고 이에 대한 처리비용의 문제, 환경오염의 문제 및 사회적 문제 등 여러 가지 문제를 유발하고 있다. 전통적으로 음식물 쓰레기는 손쉽고 경제적인 매립방법으로 처리하는 것이 일반적이었으나, 이 방법은 매립지의 부족, 침출수로 인한 토양 및 수질 오염 등으로 인한 문제점이 있다. 이와같은 상황에서 음식물 쓰레기의 처리방안에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 그 방법중의 하나가 미생물을 이용하여 음식물 쓰레기를 발효시켜서 퇴비와 사료로 사용하도록 한 음식물 쓰레기 발효방법이며. 이에 대한 연구와 실용화가 활발하게 추진되고 있는 실정이다. 음식물 쓰레기 발효장치는 일반적으로 교반날개가 회전을 할 때 교반날개 선단부분에 위치한 음식물 쓰레기는 교반이 잘되나 회전축에 위치한 음식물 쓰레기는 교반이 불량하게 되어, 발효가 균일하게 일어나지 않는 경우에 발효 효율이 저하되는 단점이 있으며. 음식물 쓰레기 발효에 적정한 온도는 60∼85℃가 적정한데, 여름철의 온도 상승이나 겨울철의 온도 하강에 의해 발효 효율이 저하되는 단점을 가지고 있다. 또한 발효가 끝난 음식물 쓰레기는 교반날개에 의해서 만 배출되므로 배출속도가 낮아 전체적으로 처리능력이 떨어지는 단점이 있다.The present invention relates to an aerobic fermentation apparatus for food waste, and more particularly, to an aerobic fermentation apparatus for fermenting food waste by aerobic microorganisms to be recycled into compost and feed.
