PURPOSE: An apparatus for guiding assembly of air conditioning unit filter is provided to reduce assembly procedure by allowing the filter to be maintained at a horizontal state when the filter is loaded to the accommodation chamber. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning unit includes an accommodation chamber(16), and a filter(15) assembled into the accommodation chamber and which filters dust from the air being supplied into the passenger compartment. A guide rail(17) is arranged in lengthwise direction of the accommodation chamber at both lower side surfaces of the accommodation chamber. The guide rail serves to support the filter and guide insertion of the filter during insertion of the filter into the accommodation chamber, and allows the filter inserted into the accommodation chamber to be maintained at a horizontal state. The guide rail has a predetermined depth sufficient to support both frames(18) of the filter, and a length sufficient to avoid forward and backward swing upon the filter insertion.
