Claims (3)
- 회전주방향을 따라 NS극을 교호로 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자를 둘러싼 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심이 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자를 구비하고 상기 고정자철심은 축선방향으로 뻗은 슬로트가 주방향으로 소정피치로 다수형성되고 상기 고정자권선은 장척의 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬로트수 마다에 상기 슬로트내에서 슬로트 깊이방향으로 내층과 외층이 교호로 채택하도록 권장된 권선을 다수갖고있는 교류발전기의 제조방법으로서 상기 슬로트에 들어가는 직선부를 갖도록 상기 소선을 구부려서 형성해서 권선어셈블리를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 슬로트가 형성된 판상자성부재를 적층해서 소철심을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 소철심에 상기 권선어셈블리를 겹치고, 또 상기 슬로트에 상기 직선부가 들어가도록 압압하는 공정과, 상기 소철심을 원통상으로 구부려져 소철심의 길이방향의 양단면을 당접해서 상기 고정자철심을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 교류발전기의 제조방법.
- 회전주방향을 따라 NS극을 교호로 형성하는 회전자와, 이 회전자를 둘러싼 고정자철심 및 이 고정자철심에 장착된 고정자권선을 갖는 고정자를 구비하고, 상기 고정자철심이 축선방향으로 뻗은 주방향으로 소정피치로 다수형성된 슬로트를 갖는 내주철심부와 이 내주철심부의 외주면에 감착된 외주철심부로 구성되고 상기고정자권선을 장척의 소선이 상기 고정자철심의 단면측의 상기 슬로트외에서 되돌려져서 소정 슬로트수 마다에 상기 슬로트내에서 슬로트 깊이방향으로 내층과 외층이 교호로 채택되도록 권장된 권선을 다수갖는 교류발전기의 제조방법으로, 상기 슬로트에 들어가는 직선부를 갖도록 상기 소선을 구부려 형성해서 권선어셈블리를 제작하는 공정과, 상기 슬로트가 형성된 판상자성부재를 적층해서 소철심을 형성하는 공정과, 상기 소철심에 상기 권선어셈블리를 겹치고, 또 상기 슬로트에 상기 직선부가 들어가도록 압압하는 공정과, 상기 소철심을 원통상으로 구부려 상기 내주철심부를 성형하는 공정과, 상기 내주철심부에 상기 외주철심부를 감착하는 공정을 포함하는 교류발전기의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서권선어셈블리는 평판상인 교류발전기의 제조방법.
