본 발명은 보도와 차도,화단은 물론 공원등에 사용되는 각종 경계블록 또는 인도블록류 제조 방법에 관한것으로서 이를 좀더 상세히 설명하자면 시멘트,모래,안료등이 혼합된 혼합물로 기초 블록을 성형한 다음 그 표면을 일정한 공법으로 가공하여 표면이 요철화 되도록 하므로서 표면이 자연석과 흡사한 인조 블록을 얻을수 있도록 한것이다.The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing various boundary blocks or sidewalk blocks used in sidewalks, driveways, flower beds, parks, and the like. 얻고자하는 블록(3)표면이 자연석에 최대한 가깝도록 사전의 표준 배합설계에 의하여 전 시멘트,모래,인조석 그리고 천연석의 색상과 동일한 색상의 안료등을 믹서기로 혼합하고 이를 자동 유압식 진동 성형기에 투입하여 일정형상으로 되는 기초 블록을 형성한 후 일정온도(최소 500℃이상)에서 양생시켜 블록(3)이 되도록한 후 상기의 블록(3)을 밀폐형 강타기(1)에 철제로 구성된 콘베어(2)를 이용하여 투입함과 동시에 블록(3)의 표면으로 작고 둥근 금속재 볼(SAE-S-110 ~ 460)을 5Kg/㎠ 이상의 공기압으로 분사 강타 하거나 또는 RPM이 3000-4000정도로 되는 회전휠을 이용한 원심력으로 강타하여 블록(3) 표면에 자연스러운 요철이 생기도록 하여서된 것이다.According to the preliminary standard formulation design, all cement, sand, artificial stone and pigments of the same color as natural stone are mixed with a blender and put into the automatic hydraulic vibration molding machine so that the surface of the block to be obtained is as close as possible to natural stone.
