A rubber coated glove and its manufacturing method}Rubber coated glove and its manufacturing method

The present invention relates to a rubber coated glove and a manufacturing method, and more specifically, to improve the durability and grip of the rubber coated on the surface of the glove to improve the fit and workability.

Workers working at industrial sites, etc. usually wear gloves for the purpose of protecting hands in the body. The gloves used for this have been coated with rubber on the surface of cotton gloves for a long time, but they are coated by simply dipping cotton gloves in the liquid and cooling them. Gloves fall off quickly due to poor adhesion between cotton yarn and rubber. Gloves are coated with a smooth rubber solution. there was.

In addition, the glove manufactured by the above method has a problem in that the rubber liquid penetrates into the glove so that the user feels a foreign body and the glove does not absorb the sweat generated from the hand.

The present invention is to make it possible to extend the life of the gloves even more, while eliminating the inconvenience of the rubber-coated gloves as described above.

That is, in the present invention, sulfur and zinc oxide (ZnO 2 ) are added to natural rubber (latex) to prepare rubber coated gloves, and EZ (Zinc Diethyldith-iocarbamate) or TP (Sodium Di n Buthyldithiocarbamate) is selected as an accelerator. After mixing and impregnating the mixture with impregnated gloves to maintain the proper viscosity, dry it with hot air, dip it in a solvent mixture solution to form a pattern, dry it again, and soak in a caustic soda solution to neutralize the mixed solution such as solvent and wash tank. After washing through and dried, it is characterized by vulcanizing natural rubber on the glove surface.

1 is a process chart showing the manufacturing process of the present invention by impregnating natural rubber on the surface of the glove of the present invention, especially the palm surface, to form a pattern with a solvent mixture solution and neutralize and wash it to prepare rubber coating gloves In order to manufacture a glove that can be used for a long time while preventing slipping by forming a pattern of fine wrinkles on the surface, the manufacturing method of the present invention will be described in detail below.

Manufacturing method>

-. 장갑탈착;-. Desorption of gloves;

The glove is moved to a conveying device made of a rotating conveyor as in a conventional coating machine.

-. 약품처리;-. Chemical treatment;

A solution containing 5% calcium chloride is sprayed on the surface of the cotton glove using an injector or the like. The sprayed solution prevents the natural rubber solution from penetrating into the glove in the next step.

-. 고무액코팅;-. Rubber liquid coating;

천연고무(latex) 93%에 황 2%, 산화아연(ZnO2) 2%와 촉진제{EZ(Zinc Diethyldith-iocarbamate), 또는 TP(Sodium Di n Buthyldithiocarbamate)} 3%를 투입 혼합하여 12∼16시간 정도 숙성시켜 적당한 점도로 가류시킨 고무액에 염화칼슘 용액이 분사된 상태의 장갑을 함침시킨다.93% natural rubber (latex), 2% sulfur, 2% zinc oxide (ZnO 2 ) and 3% accelerator {EZ Diethyldith-iocarbamate (EZ) or TP (Sodium Di n Buthyldithiocarbamate) mixed 12-12 hours The rubber solution in which the calcium chloride solution is sprayed is impregnated into the rubber liquid aged to the extent and vulcanized to an appropriate viscosity.

-. 보조건조;-. Auxiliary drying;

The rubber solution coated on the glove is dried for about 20 seconds with a hot air of approximately 100 ° C. At this time, the surface of the rubber liquid is in a state almost similar to the rubber coating gloves generally used.

-. 무늬생성;-. Pattern generation;

The rubber-coated glove is instantaneously immersed in a mixed solvent of 50% of acid (hydrochloric acid or sulfuric acid) in 50% of gasoline, benzene, or solvent to shrink the rubber solution to form a pattern. Soaking the rubber liquid in the mixed solvent for a long time will cause the rubber liquid to flow down or shrink excessively, so be very careful, especially when doing this, as the skin may be damaged by the mixed solvent.

-. 보조건조;-. Auxiliary drying;

A pattern is formed in the same manner as described above and dried for 20 seconds with a drying hot air of about 100 ° C.

-. 중화;-. Neutralization;

A neutralized solution containing caustic soda and 5% sodium carbonate is formed to neutralize the components of the mixed solvent by adding a dried coating glove for about 2 minutes.

-. 세척;-. wash;

Put the neutralized coating gloves in water to clean the neutralization solution.

-. 1차건조;-. Primary drying;

The cleaned coated gloves are dried at a temperature of 100 ° C. for about 10 minutes to completely remove mixed solvents (particularly gasoline, benzene, and solvent) that may remain on the surface.

-. 2차건조;-. Secondary drying;

Drying the rubber gloves after the process for about 30 minutes in a hot air of 130 ℃ to completely cure the coated rubber liquid and at the same time to dry the gloves to be wet during the process.

-. 냉각;-. Cooling;

The vulcanized coated gloves are put in a dry cooling chamber and cooled to allow packaging work to be performed quickly.

In the present invention as described above, in order to prepare rubber coated gloves, sulfur, zinc oxide (ZnO 2 ) is added to natural rubber (latex) and EZ (Zinc Diethyldith-iocarbamate) or TP (Sodium Di n Buthyldithiocarbamate) as an accelerator. Selectively add and mix and impregnate the cotton gloves in the state of maintaining the proper viscosity, dry with hot air, dip it in the solvent mixture solution to form a pattern, dry it again, and soak in the caustic soda solution to neutralize the mixed solution such as solvent. After washing through the washing tank and dried by vulcanizing natural rubber on the surface of the cotton gloves can be obtained the following effects.

The rubber coated glove of the present invention manufactured through the above process can be used much longer than conventional gloves because the rubber liquid is closely impregnated on the surface of the glove by the accelerator. In addition, the present invention is a fine wrinkles formed on the surface of the rubber coating surface by a mixed solvent such as solvent can be used without slipping things in the hand during operation.

In addition, since the rubber solution is coated on cotton gloves, it does not penetrate to the inside by the solution containing potassium chloride and is closely adsorbed only on the surface, so it is excellent in comfort and absorbs the sweat generated from the hand and can be used without foreign matter.
