Abstract

PURPOSE: A solar water heating apparatus is provided to supply hot water using a hemisphere solar heat collecting plate, to enhance heat efficiency by rotating the heat collecting plate with a solar heat position sensor and to heat water at dawn by a supersonic heater using midnight electricity. CONSTITUTION: A solar water heating apparatus contains a hemisphere heat collecting plate(2) heating a water circulating pipe(1) using a concave mirror or metal having high reflectivity. The heated water is stored in a hot water storage tank(11) through water circulating pipes(4,7). A water circulating motor(8) continuously supplies water to the pipe(1). The hemisphere heat collecting plate is sealed by a glass(3) to collect solar heat even in winter. A heat sensor(5) senses the position of the sun and drives a directional rotation motor(6). A rotating plate(9) is moved along the movement of the sun with the hemisphere heat collecting plate by the directional rotation motor. A supersonic heater keeps the temperature of hot water using frictional heat and vibration from the vibrator of a supersonic wave. Then, hot water is supplied from a heating and supplying pipe(13).

본 태양열을 이용한 시스템은 기존의 태양을 시스템보다. 더욱 열효적인 시스템이다. 첫째 태양열 집열판인 반원형 집열판 2번은 빛 반사율이 높은 오목 거울및 금속을 이용해 태양을 에너지를 한 곳에 집중시켜 물순환 파이프1번을 가열 시킨다. 이때 온도는 섭씨100도에서 1000도씨 까지 도달 할 수 있다. 가열된 물은 물 순환 파이프 4,7번을 통해 온수 저장 탱크 11번에 저장 되며, 물 순환 모터 8번은 온수 저장 탱크의 물을 1번 파이프에 계속 공급시켜 가열이 원활 하게한다. 반원형 집열판2번을 3번 유리로 밀폐시켜 겨울때에도 태양열 수집 효율을 높인다. 또한 5번 열감지 센스기 6번 방향 회전 모터를 이용해 태양의 궤도 변경시에도 태양열을 얻을 수 있도록 하였다. 9번 회전판은 2번 집열판과 같이 6번 방향 회전 모터로 태양의 이동 경로를 따라 이동하며. 10번 고정판은 지면에 고정된다. 12번 초음파 가열기는 11번 온수 저장 탱크의 물이 시간이 경과 함에 따라 물의 온도가 내려감으로 온수물을 적정한 온도로 유지 할 수 있도록 초음파 가열기를 이용해 온도를 유지 시킨다. 초음파 가열기 주파수는 28KH이며. 초음파의 진동자의 진동및 진동자와 금속을 결합 시켜 마찰열로 온수 온도를 적정 온도로 유지 시킨다. 13번은 난방및 급수 파이프로 온수를 필요한 곳에 공급 시킨다.This solar-powered system than the conventional solar system.
