Claims (11)
- 유리를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 첫 번째 시트층; 및상기 첫 번째 시트층과 접촉하고, 세라믹 입자를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 두 번째 시트층을 포함하며;상기 두 번째 시트층은 상기 복합 적층체의 적어도 하나의 주면을 구성하고,상기 두 번째 시트층의 세라믹 입자는 소성되지 않으며, 상기 첫 번째 시트층에 포함된 유리는 용융되어 부분적으로 두 번째 시트층으로 침투하여 상기 세라믹 입자가 서로 결합하도록 하는 복합 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 시트층은 세라믹 충진재(filler)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 두 번째 시트층에 의하여 제공된 주면에 형성된 외부 도전성 막을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 내부에 제공되어 있는 내부 도체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체.
- 유리를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 첫 번째 시트층 및 상기 첫 번째 시트층과 접촉하고, 세라믹 입자를 포함하며, 복합 적층체의 적어도 하나의 주면을 구성하는 적어도 하나의 두 번째 시트층을 포함하는 그린 복합 적층체를 제조하는 첫 번째 단계; 및세라믹 입자는 소성되지 않는 온도이지만 유리는 용융이 되어, 상기 첫 번째 시트층에서 유리의 용융에 의하여 첫 번째 시트층이 결합하게 하고, 용융된 유리의 일부가 두 번째 시트층으로 침투하여 세라믹 입자가 서로 결합하도록 하는 온도에서 상기 그린 복합 적층체를 어닐링(annealing)하는 두 번째 단계;를 포함하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 상기 첫 번째 시트층 내의 유리는 분말화되고, 상기 두 번째 시트층 내의 상기 세라믹 입자는 상기 유리 입자보다 더 작은 입자 크기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항 또는 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 상기 첫 번째 시트층은 세라믹 충진재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 상기 첫 번째 시트층은 단독으로 취급될 수 있는 시트로서 제공되고, 상기 두 번째 시트층은 상기 첫 번째 시트층용의 시트에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계에서, 상기 첫 번째 시트층과 두 번째 시트층은 각각 단독으로 취급될 수 있는 첫 번째 시트층과 두 번째 시트층으로 제공되고, 상기 첫 번째 시트층과 두 번째 시트층은 적층되어 그린 복합 적층체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 두 번째 시트층에 의하여 구성된 상기 적어도 하나의 주면에 외부 도전성 막을 형성하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 첫 번째 단계는 상기 그린 복합 적층체의 내부에 내부 도체를 형성하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 적층체의 제조방법.
