Claims (11)
- 필름 내에 탄성 변형 성분이 유지되는 동안 항복점 이상으로 연신된 필름을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법이 약 100 % 내지 400 %의 연신 범위로 필름을 연신하고, 대략 20% 내지 80% 사이의 탄성 변형을 갖도록 필름의 탄성 변형 성분의 일부를 부분적으로 이완시키고, 부분적으로 이완된 상태에서 추후 사용할 수 있도록 부분적으로 이완된 필름을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름은 40% 내지 70%의 탄성 변형을 유지하는 상태로 저장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 100% 내지 400%의 연신 및 후속하는 부분 이완은 인라인으로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 저장하기에 앞서 연신 공정 중에 또는 그 후에 필름 내의 여분의 가장자리 왜곡을 제거하기 위하여 연신된 필름의 가장자리를 잘라내는 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 100% 이상으로 연신하기 전에 항복점 이상으로 필름을 연신하고, 사실상 균일한 두께를 갖는 필름을 제조하기 위하여 연신된 필름의 양쪽 가장자리 영역을 제거하고, 대략 20% 내지 80% 사이의 탄성 변형을 갖도록 탄성 변형 성분의 일부를 부분적으로 이완시키고, 부분적으로 이완된 상태에서 추후 사용할 수 있도록 부분적으로 이완된 필름을 저장하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 압출기 내에서 필름 웹을 생산하고, 냉각 후에 연신 공정에서 사전 설정된 메모리에서 형성할 필요가 있는 경우 웹을 제거하기 전에 연신하고, 추후 사용을 위해 필름을 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름 제조방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 따라 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 연신 필름.
- 저장된 상태에서 20% 내지 80%의 필름 탄성 변형 능력을 갖는 플라스틱 재료 필름을 제공하고, 그 후에 상기 필름을 하물에 감는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료 필름으로 하물을 포장하는 방법.
- 목초를 형성하기 위한 초목 재료를 포장하는 방법으로서, 상기 방법이 저장된 상태에서 20% 내지 80%의 필름 탄성 변형 능력을 갖는 플라스틱 재료 필름을 제공하고, 그 후에 상기 초목 재료 둘레에 상기 필름을 감는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 포장 방법.
- 저장된 상태에서 20% 내지 80%의 필름 탄성 변형 능력을 갖는 플라스틱 재료 필름을 제공하고, 그 후에 저장된 상태에서 상기 필름을 분배하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플라스틱 재료 필름의 분배 방법.
- 제8항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 재료 필름은 상기 저장된 상태로 저장되기 전에 약 100% 내지 400% 신장 범위에서 항복점 이상으로 연신되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
