CONSTITUTION: A device comprises a speedometer(10), a car navigation system(20), a micro-computer(30) and a warning device(40). The speedometer(10) outputs a velocity signal and displays a travel velocity of the vehicle. The car navigation system(20) outputs a restriction velocity information signal previously appointed to each street, respectively, in the traveling route and displays the present traveling route of the vehicle. The micro-computer(30) compares the velocity signal of the speedometer(10) with the restriction velocity information signal of the car navigation system(20). If the current vehicle velocity is a contravention velocity, the micro-computer(30) outputs a warning signal in order to alarm the speeding state. The warning device(40) outputs an alarm signal if the warning signal from the micro-computer(30) is inputted thereinto.
