Claims (3)
- (a)유기물이 피복된 KCl을 산화성 분위기하에 350∼750℃에서 열처리하는 단계;(b)열처리된 KCl을 전기아연도금용액에 용해시키는 단계; 및(c)상기 KCl이 용해된 전기아연도금 용액을 여과시켜 전기아연도금 용액으로 사용하는 단계;로 이루어지는 KCl 전도보조제에 피복된 유기 불순물 제거 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 KCl에 피복된 유기물은 하기 화학식을 갖고, 분자량이 약323인 아민 아세테이트류(hydrogenated tallow alkyl amine acetates)임을 특징으로 하는 유기 불순물 제거 방법[화학식 1]R-NH2-CH3-COOH(여기서 R은 알킬이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (a)단계에서 KCl을 550∼750℃에서 열처리시킬 경우에는 용해단계(b)를 거친 직후에 전기아연도금용액으로 사용가능함을 특징으로 하는 유기 불순물 제거 방법
