Abstract

PURPOSE: A traffic safety system of a children protecting zone is provided to prevent accident related with children in a children protecting zone by using an electric sign board, a crosswalk regulation bar and a symbol character illuminator. CONSTITUTION: An electric sign(10) for pedestrians is installed in a traffic light of a crosswalk. An electric sign(20) for indicating a children protecting zone is installed in the upper end of the traffic light at the beginning of the children protecting zone. An electric sign(30) for drivers is installed by he traffic light on the crosswalk. A search light(40) is for the pedestrians at night. A crosswalk indicating bar(50) is for informing drivers of the position of the crosswalk and the stop line. With the electric signs, the search light and the crosswalk indicating bar, a traffic system is provided.
