본 발명은 전염병, 수해 등 여러가지 원인으로 돌발적으로 발생하는 집단 폐사축을 수거하여 절단, 분쇄, 멸균과 냉각, 발효, 소멸 과정을 통해 사료, 퇴비를 제조함으로 폐사축 유기폐기물을 효과적으로 처리할 뿐만 아니라 위생적인 고 영양가의 사료, 퇴비로 재활용하도록 하는 폐사축을 이용한 사료, 퇴비 제조방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention collects collective death stocks that occur suddenly due to various causes such as infectious diseases, floods, etc. to effectively treat waste livestock organic wastes by preparing feed and compost through cutting, grinding, sterilization and cooling, fermentation and extinction. 종래에는 전염병, 수해 등 여러가지 원인으로 돌발적으로 발생하는 집단폐사축을 처리하는데 어려움을 겪어왔다. 집단 폐사에 따른 다량의 유기성 폐기물 발생시 대다수 양축 농가의 경우 농장 주변 야산이나 빈터에 투기하거나, 매립하는 현실이었다. 그러나 집단 유기성 폐기물의 매립은 침출수 발생 및 지하수 오염문제로 전면적으로 금지될 예정이다. 소각처리 방법은 소각시 발생하는 다이옥신에 따른 환경, 민원 문제와 고가의 설치비 및 유지 운영비 문제로 사용이 기피되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 매립이든, 소각이든 폐사축의 재활용은 불가능하였다. 따라서 본 발명의 폐사축을 이용한 사료, 퇴비화 처리 방법은 친 환경적이며, 위생적이고 경제적인 효율성 뿐만아니라 가축의 전염병 방지 및 방역상의 문제에서도, 재활용 면에서도 매우 효과적인 것이다.Conventionally, there have been difficulties in dealing with group death caused by accidents due to various causes such as infectious diseases and floods. 상기한 사료, 퇴비를 제공하기 위하여 집단 폐사축을 수거하여 컨베이어 등 운송장치(1)을 통하여 톱밥 등 적당한 수분 조절재(7)와 폐사축을 통째로 절단·분쇄조(2)로 투입하고, 절단·분쇄조(2)에서 폐사축을 절단, 분쇄, 교반하고 또한 100도 이상의 고열처리(6)(고압보일러(5)와 스팀쟈켓, 오일스팀 쟈켓, 스팀분사, 전열히터 가열판 등을 이용) 를 통한 1차 멸균, 살균처리를 수행하여, 미생물이 활동하기 적합하도록 온도 80도 이하가 되도록 냉각과정을 거쳐 교반·발효조(4)로 배출하고, 미생물배지(9)가 기형성된 교반·발효조(4)에서 교반, 발효시켜 미생물의 길항작용을 통한 2차 멸균과정을 거쳐, 사료 또는 퇴비를 제조할 수 있게 한 것이다. 이때 사료, 퇴비 등 재활용 용도에 따라 적절한 미생물을 사용하도록 한 것이다.In order to provide the above-mentioned feed and compost, the collective dead livestock is collected and the appropriate moisture control material (7) such as sawdust and the dead livestock are fed into the cutting and grinding tank (2) through the transporting device (1) such as a conveyor. 본 발명은 최근에 처리곤란으로 문제가 되고 있는 전염병, 수해 등 갑작스런 원인으로 돌발적으로 발생하는 집단 폐사에 따른 다량의 유기성 폐기물 발생시 집단 폐사축을 수거하여 절단, 분쇄, 멸균과 발효, 소멸과정을 통해 사료, 퇴비를 제조하여 버려져왔던 폐사축 등의 유기폐기물을 효과적으로 처리할 뿐만 아니라 고 영양가의 사료, 퇴비로 재활용하도록 하는 폐사축을 이용한 사료, 퇴비를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 처리방법은 종래의 유기성 폐기물의 매립에 따른 침출수 유출, 그로 인한 악취 및 수질오염, 토양오염에 반해 친환경적이고, 종래 유기성 폐기물의 소각처리시 발생하는 악취 및 다이옥신 발생과 유지 관리를 위한 과다한 비용지출에 비해서도, 월등히 친환경적이며 경제적인 방법의 발명으로 1, 2차 멸균과정을 통한 위생적 처리과정 속에 종래 재활용이 불가능하였던 폐사축의 재활용을 가능케 하는 새로운 발명인 것이다.In the present invention, a large amount of organic waste caused by sudden death such as an infectious disease, flooding, etc., which has recently become a problem due to processing difficulties, is collected and collected through cutting, grinding, sterilization and fermentation, and extinction process.
