Claims (5)
- 다수의 가동 블레이드(7)를 지지하는 회전자(6), 유동 방향으로 가동 블레이드(7) 위에 배치되고 외부링(12), 내부링(13) 및 그 사이에 배치된 다수의 가이드 블레이드(14)로 이루어진 노즐링(15), 가동 블레이드(7)와 가이드 블레이드(14) 사이에 형성되고 갭 폭(19)을 갖는 축방향 갭(18), 및 가동 블레이드(7)를 외부로 제한하는 커버(8)를 포함하며,노즐링(15)의 외부링(12)과 커버(8) 사이에서 주형 시임(17)이 형성되도록 구성된 축류 터어빈에 있어서,외부링(12)과 커버(8) 사이에 있는 상기 주형 시임(17)이 축방향 갭(18)내에서 갭 폭(19)의 절반으로 나누어 진행되는 가상 평면(20) 중에서 가동 블레이드측에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,외부링(12)과 커버(8) 사이에 있는 상기 주형 시임(17)이 유동 방향으로 가동 블레이드(7) 바로 위에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,커버(8) 뿐만 아니라 외부링(12)도 내부 윤곽(21, 22)을 가지며, 커버(8)의 내부 윤곽(21)은 외부링(12)의 내부 윤곽(22) 외부에 방사형으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,각각의 가동 블레이드(7)가 압력측(24), 흡인측(25) 및 블레이드 첨두(26)를 갖는 블레이드 프로파일(23)을 가지며, 상기 블레이드 첨두(26)에는 적어도 압력측에서 블레이드 프로파일(23) 위로 돌출하는 콘솔(27)이 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,블레이드 첨두(26)에는 커버(8)의 방향으로 상기 콘솔(27) 위로 돌출하는 돌출부(28)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 축류 터어빈.
