Abstract

Claims (7)
- 재순환 구조의 광섬유 루프를 포함하는 광섬유 지연 선로 필터에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 루프는부분 반사 거울로 작용하는 광섬유 격자, 및증폭기로서 작용하여 이득을 제공하는 Er 첨가(erbium-doped) 광섬유를 포함하는 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 루프는 상기 Er 첨가 광섬유로 출사하는 레이저 다이오드를 더 포함하는 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 루프는 상기 광섬유 격자의 반사율을 조절하기 위한 피에조일렉트릭 트랜스듀서(piezoelectric transducer)를 더 포함하는 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2 이상의 광섬유 격자가 상기 광섬유 루프에 삽입된 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제1항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 격자는 반사율이 1 미만인 광섬유 브래그 격자(FBG: Fiber Bragg Grating)인 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 브래그 격자는 유니폼(uniform) 광섬유 격자, 처핑된(chirped) 광섬유 격자, 또는 경사진(tilted) 광섬유 격자인 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 광섬유 루프의 길이를 조절함으로써 중심 주파수 대역을 조절할 수 있는 광섬유 지연 선로 필터.
