Claims (8)
- 속이 비어 있고 양측 끝이 개방되어 있고 그 벽면 소정부위에 적어도 하나의 배출구를 갖는 외조와,적어도 하나의 관통홀이 형성되어 있으며 상기 외조의 양측 끝에 각각 부착되어 있는 뚜껑과,상기 외조내에 상기 외조와 평행하게 삽입 설치되고, 그 양끝이 개방되어 있는 대롱형상이며, 상기 양끝은 상기 뚜껑에 형성된 관통홀들의 내벽에 부착되도록 설치된 여과재를 포함하여 구성된 수처리용 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외조내에 삽입설치된 여과재는 하나 이상이 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과재의 내경은 약 10~50mm이고 두께는 약 3~10mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 여과재는 입경이 120 ~ 150 ㎛인 폴리프로필렌 분체 또는 폴리 에틸렌 분체와 입경이 3 ~ 7 ㎛인 폴리프로필렌 분체 또는 폴리 에틸렌 분체를 약 7 : 3 ~ 6 : 4 정도의 비율이 되도록 혼합한 고분자 혼합분체를 압출소결하여 제조한 여과 필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수처리용 모듈은 0.1 ~ 1㎛ 크기의 입자가 분산되어 있는 고액혼합수를 농축하는 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 모듈.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 수처리용 모듈은 실리카 졸 또는 탄산칼슘 용액을 여과 농축처리하기 위한 장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 모듈.
- 입경이 120 ~ 150 ㎛인 폴리프로필렌 분체와, 입경이 3 ~ 7 ㎛인 폴리프로필렌 분체를 약 7 : 3 ~ 6 : 4 정도의 비율이 되도록 혼합하여 고분자 혼합 분체를 제조하는 공정과,상기 고분자 혼합 분체에 결합제로서 약 10% 정도의 폴리 에틸렌 분체를 혼합하여 압출소결용 분체를 제조하는 공정과,상기 압출소결용 분체를 압출기에 넣고 압출소결하여 여과재를 제조하는 공정을 순차 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 여과재 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 분체를 폴리 에틸렌 분체로 대체하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수처리용 여과재 제조방법.
