Abstract

PURPOSE: A method for laying underground heater line for icy road is provided to prevent traffic accident in sharp curves, sloping intersections, and frozen sections by melting ice or snow on the road by underground mesh electric heating lines. CONSTITUTION: A method for laying underground heater line for icy road comprises the steps of fabricating a mesh electric wire to be easy to lay underground, laying two or more mesh electric wire underground in the width corresponding to the width of vehicle tires at the portions with which the vehicle tires contact, mounting an electric control box for controlling appropriate and safe operation of the heater line and having electric leakage cut-off function, timer function, temperature control function according to the heat sensitive line, and voltage control function, and driving the heater line for melting the snow or ice covered on the road to prevent the vehicle wheels from slipping, so that the snow or ice on the road where the heater line is laid is melted into water or vapor, thereby the vehicle travels the icy road normally without scattering sand or calcium chloride which causes environmental pollution and damage of the vehicle.
