Abstract

PURPOSE: A light and strong work stand is provided to reduce time and workers by reducing the time used while installing and disassembling. CONSTITUTION: A principal device(3) for fixing a work stand on a scaffolding pipe is freely installed regardless of the width of the scaffolding pipe by being connected to a buffering spring(6). In addition, an assistant work stand(c) is used when not proceeding due to hanging to the scaffolding pipe while installing the work stand. A safety railing(9) is used by hanging a chain after attaching at the position that a user wants. The work stand installed by continuously assembling is fixed on the scaffolding pipe if the user pulls as maintaining about 45 degrees by combining a groove(B-5) at a groove(A-1). After assembling, the combination is firmed due to the elastic force of the buffering spring.

Description

고층 건축물 외부 작업대{.}High rise building exterior workbench {.}

The present invention is a worker working as a workbench which is an essential tool in external construction when building or high-rise building on two or more floors above the ground, and the external tools (marble, cement, brick, paint, composite panel, etc.) and industrial tools necessary for this work. Its purpose is to make it safer and more convenient to transport and use.

The structure of a workbench for a conventional high-rise building is as follows.

(See Fig. 1) For example, workbenches in all construction sites are scaffolding pipes.

All structures except (Fig. 1-A) are lumber (Fig. 1B) and plywood

It is formed as (Fig. 1-C) has caused a lot of problems in the safety and work process. For example

First, the overweight: wood block used as a workbench in the general construction site is exposed to snow, rain, etc. due to the stand alone, and it is polluted by pumice, such as cement, on the site. In addition to the weight, a lot of inconvenience caused during transportation, installation and dismantling work. Since the plywood has a large weight in Fig. 1 (C), it is highly likely to receive external influences such as wind when the skyscraper is installed.

Second, productivity reduction: As shown in Fig. 1 (B), it is natural to fix all corners of the scaffolding pipes with steel ties, but even if a lot of time is consumed due to a lot of manpower and hassle, it is necessary to work without fixing them. In addition, even if the lower corners are fixed, the plywood, which is the actual scaffold above, is not completely fixed, and there are problems that safety accidents, including various fall accidents, occur frequently in use.

Third, monetary loss: If you use a workbench with wood or plywood, it is not easy to be expensive due to carelessness and weight of building materials during installation or dismantling, and it is a sad reality that disappears by bonfire of winter construction site.

The present invention is a light and durable metal safety workbench produced after perforation treatment to reduce the slip and weight of non-wood or plywood galvanized steel sheet to solve the above problems, and to reduce the time taken during installation and dismantling It saves a lot of manpower and time, and installs a handrail that is easy to remove and attach, which was not seen in the previous wooden workbench, which protects valuable lives and expensive construction materials, and is plated to prevent rust. As a result, it can be used semi-permanently. In particular, it is easy to manufacture, assemble, install, and dismantle in small size for easy transportation and construction.

Hereinafter, described in detail by the accompanying drawings as follows.

1 is a wooden workbench currently in use.

2 is a detailed view of the present invention, the main body is designed in the form of irregularities (X, Y) to bind the working table to each other.

2 (1) and (5) are grooves of (X, Y) to engage with each other when the work table is installed.

The hole of (A-2) of FIG. 2 is connected to (B-7), and is bolted to (D) of FIG.

Figure 2 (3) is an important device for fixing the workbench to the scaffolding pipe together with (4) (4) is fixed to the body while (3) is connected to (6) buffer spring in (8) It is a device that can be installed flexibly regardless of the width and width of the scaffold pipe installation.

Figure 2 (C) is shown in Figure 4 (A) is used as an auxiliary workbench when it does not proceed to the scaffolding pipe pillar when installing the workbench.

Figure 2 (9) is a device that acts as a safety railing by hooking the chain after attaching to the user's desired position in the installation of FIG.

3 illustrates the installation of the present invention.

First, when (3) of FIG. 2 is coupled (primary attachment) to the scaffolding pipe of FIG. 4 (C) and slowly pulled, the buffer spring 2 (6) moves backwards, and gradually elasticity occurs. At this time, Figure 2 (4) is fixed to Figure 4 (C). The time required for installation is about 7 seconds. Since the present invention is installed in a continuous assembly, when the next workbench assembly is combined with the groove of Fig. 2 (B-5) to the groove of (A-1) while maintaining the angle of about 45 °, Fig. 2 (3) is shown in Fig. (2) can be assembled in the order of fixing it to the scaffolding pipe.

(도4 참조)After assembling, Figure 2 (3) and Figure 2 (4) are joined to the scaffolding pipe due to the elasticity of the shock absorbing spring, and then the bolts attached to Figure 2 (7) are placed in Figure 2 (2). Hook the chain onto Figure 2 (9) and install the safety railing. (See Fig. 4)

As described above, the present invention is simpler and more convenient when manufactured, installed and dismantled with perforated galvanized steel sheet to reduce slippage and weight in order to compensate for all the disadvantages of conventional and inefficient wooden workbenches of current construction sites. It is designed to be used easily. In particular, the installation of detachable and attachable handrails, which were not seen in conventional wood workbench, focused on the safety of the workers as much as possible, and the surface is plated to prevent rust, and is made of durable metal and has a long life semi-permanently.
