Claims (2)
- 통상의 오스템퍼링 열처리설비에 있어서, 내부에 LPG,LNG,알콜 등의 연료가 주입되는 무산화라인(15)이 연결되어 내부 온도에 의해 주입된 연료가 발화되면서 산소를 태워 열처리 대상물의 표면에 산화피막이 형성되는 것을 방지할 수 있도록 된 가열로(10)와, 장원형태로 이루어지고 내부 일측에는 충전된 열매체(22)와 직접 접촉되는 히터(24)와 냉각파이프(26), 열매체 순환기(23)가 각기 마련되어 급랭 및 등온유지가 효율적으로 이루어지도록 된 항온로(20)와, 상기 항온로(20)에 인접되게 설치된 세척조(30)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 오스템퍼 구상흑연주철의 열처리설비.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 세척조(30) 내부에는 항온로(20)의 냉각파이프(26)와 연결된 파이프(36)가 통과되도록 설치되어 항온로(20)에서 데워진 냉각수에 의해 세척조(30) 내부의 세척매체를 가열할 수 있도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 오스템퍼 구상흑연주철의 열처리설비.
