Abstract
본 고안은 방수성이 우수한 플로어힌지커어버에 관한 것으로 박스형 케이스에서 힌지조립체의 위치를 조정해주더라도 플로어힌지 내부로 물과 같은 이물질이 유입되는 것을 방지해주기 위해서 힌지축공(1)을 형성하는 통상의 금속제분할형외부커어버(3)와, 상기 힌지축공(1)과 대응하는 힌지축공(4)을 가진 원형돌출부(8)주위에 동심원상으로 여러개의 요철형주름(9)이 형성되어 있고 테두리에는 케이스(1)의 플랜지(12)와 끼워맞춤되는 돌기(14)가 형성된 고무제내부커어버(5)로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방수성이 우수한 플로어힌지커어버임.The present invention relates to a floor hinge cover having excellent waterproofness. 본 고안은 방수성이 우수한 플로어힌지커어버에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 건물의 바닥에 매입되는 박수형케이스에 내장되는 플로어힌지내부로 물이 유입되는 것을 방지해 줄 수 있는 커어버에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a floor hinge cover having excellent waterproofness, and more particularly, to a cover that can prevent water from flowing into a floor hinge embedded in a clap-type case embedded in a floor of a building.

그리고 커어버는 일체형커어버와 분할형커어버로 나눌수 있는데 일체형커어버는 플로어힌지의 설치후 도어를 완전히 분리하지 않으면 박스형케이스를 개방시켜줄수 없기 때문에 힌지조립체의 위치조정이 불가능하다. 분할형커어버는 커어버의 일측에서 힌지조립체의 힌지축이 관통하는 힌지축공을 중심으로 하여서 나누어지는 작은면적을 갖는 제 1 커어버부분과 큰 면적을 갖는 제 2 커어버부분으로 이루어져 있어서 힌지축에 도어가 결합되어 있는 상태에서도 커어버의 분리가 가능하므로 박스형케이스를 쉽게 개방하여서 힌지조립체의 위치조정을 용이하게 할 수 있었다. 그러나 힌지축공이 힌지조립체의 위치조정에 대응하기 위해서는 힌지축이 관통하는 플로어힌지조립체의 캡크기보다 커야만 하는 것이기 때문에 분할형커어버와 플로어힌지조립체의 캡사이로 물이 스며들게 되어서 플로어힌지조립체의 위치를 조정하는데 사용되는 위치조정볼트의 부식을 초래하므로 플로어힌지조립체의 위치를 조정하는 것이 불가능해졌었고, 또 플로어힌지 조립체내부로 물이 유입되어서 플로어힌지의 고장을 초래하는 등의 문제점이 있었다.And the cover can be divided into integral cover and split cover.
