몸체(1) 하부에 고압용기와 나사 결합되는 수나사(101)를 형성하고 상부에는 개폐구(102)와 결합된 축봉(103)을 회전시키는 개폐핸들(104)을 설치하여 개폐핸들(104)을 회전시키면 개폐밸브 내부의 개폐구(l02)가 승강하여 개폐밸브 내부의 가스통로를 개폐할 수 있게 한통상의 고압용기용 개폐밸브에 있어서, 밸브몸체(1) 하부의 가스유입부(105) 입구에 1차유입부(106)를 형성하여 가스유입부(105)에 봉체(201)가 삽입되도록 1차유입부(106)내에 안전개폐구(2)를 삽입하고 밸브 몸체(1) 하단에 통공(301)을 형성한 지지판(3)을 나사결합 하여서 된 구조이다.The opening and closing handle 104 is rotated by forming the opening and closing handle 104 to form a male screw 101 coupled to the high pressure container and a screw in the lower part of the body 1, and to rotate the shaft bar 103 coupled with the opening and closing hole 102. 이와 같이 된 본 고안은 개폐밸브의 파손시 밸브 하부의 1차유입부(106) 내에 삽입된 안전개폐구(2)가 외부로 배출되는 가스의 압력에 의해 상승하여 개폐밸브의 가스유입부(105)를 막으므로서 가스의 누출을 방지할 수 있게 되는 것이다. 즉, 첨부도면 도 1과 같이 고압용기에 나사결합된 개폐밸브가 완전히 잠겨있으면 고압용기 내부와 개폐밸브의 가스유입부(105)의 압력이 동일하기 때문에 안전개폐구(2)는 개폐밸브의 하단에 나사결합된 지지판(3)위에 얹혀진 상태로 있게 되며 첨부도면 도 2와 같이 가스를 사용하기 위하여 개폐밸브를 열게되면 가벼운 소재로 된 안전개폐구(2)는 가스의 배출압력에 의해 상승하지만 안전개폐구(2)의 상부에 형성된 봉체(201)의 상단이 개폐구(102)의 하단과 밀착되어 가스유입부(105)의 입구를 막을 수 있는 높이까지는 상승할 수 없기 때문에 가스는 가스유입부(105)로 유입되어 개폐밸브의 가스배출부(107)에 부착된 배출관(401)을 통해 배출되게 되는데 가정용 LPG의경우 개폐밸브의 가스배출부(107)에 안정기를 설치하여 항상 일정한 압력으로만 가스가 배출되게 되어 있다.The present invention as described above, when the on-off valve is broken, the safety opening (2) inserted into the primary inlet 106 of the lower portion of the valve rises by the pressure of the gas discharged to the outside gas inlet 105 of the on-off valve By preventing the gas can be prevented from leaking.
