Claims (3)
- 열처리기기의 온도를 전기량으로 검출하는 온도센서와;상기 온도센서의 출력신호를 디지털회로에서 인식할 수 있는 전기신호로 변환해주는 트랜스듀서와;상기 트랜스듀서의 출력신호를 분석하여 PID제어방식으로 온도를 제어하며, PID제어기의 계수 설정에 자동동조기법을 이용하고 설정된 계수가 오차범위를 벗어날 때는 백워드기법으로 계수를 보정하는 마이크로컨트롤러와;상기 마이크로컨트롤러의 제어신호에 따라 열처리기기로 입력되는 전력을 스위칭하는 스위칭소자와;상기 마이크로컨트롤러와 동일한 온도공정제어방식을 가지며, 더불어 화면상에 온도변화를 디스플레이하고, GUI(Graphical User Interface)방식으로 온도를 제어할 수 있도록 프로그래밍된 컴퓨터와;상기 마이크로컨트롤러와 상기 컴퓨터가 네트워크를 구성하여, 원거리에 위치한 상기 컴퓨터가 상기 마이크로컨트롤러를 통하여 열처리기기의 온도공정제어가 가능하도록 해주는 통신모듈을 포함하여 구성되어,일차적으로는 상기 컴퓨터에서 상기 마이크로컨트롤러를 I/O처럼 제어하여 온도공정제어를 수행하고, 상기 컴퓨터 고장시에는 제어권이 마이크로컨트롤러로 이전하는 fail-safe 개념을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리기기용 온도공정제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 마이크로컨트롤러와 컴퓨터는, 자동동조기법에 의해 PID제어기의 계수를 자동으로 설정하는데 있어서,온도상승구간의 최대기울기(R)와, 오버슈팅이 발생한 후 다시 셋포인트(set point)로 돌아오기까지의 시간(L1)의 1/2을 지연시간(L)으로 하여 자동동조기법에 의해 PID제어기의 계수를 자동으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열처리기기용 온도공정제어장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 통신모듈은, 상기 컴퓨터에서 다수개의 열처리기기를 제어할 수 있도록 분산형 데이터수집모듈을 포함하여 구성되는 열처리기기용 온도공정제어장치.
