Claims (5)
- 세골재 및 쇄석모래를 세척한 세척수를 침전·농축시킨 슬러지를 탈수시키는 장치에 있어서;세척수를 침전·농축시킨 슬러지를 저장하는 저장탑(11)에서 인출되며, 제1,2,3밸브(13,14,15)와 저압펌프(12)가 구비된 주 공급관(1);상기 주 공급관(1)을 통해 연결되어 있으며, 슬러지에 포함된 수분을 회수하고, 탈수된 미분을 케익형상으로 압축하여 배출하는 슬러지 압축·배출수단(2);상기 주 공급관(1)에 장착된 저압펌프(12)의 전후방 사이을 연결시키며, 슬러지의 유입 압력을 상승시킬수 있도록 제 4밸브(32) 및 중압펌프(31)가 장착된 압력 상승관(3); 및상기 주 공급관(1)에 장착되어 있으며, 제 5밸브(411)가 장착된 연결관(41)과 제 6밸브(421)가 장착된 압축공기 유입관(42) 및 제7 밸브가 장착된 공기배출관(43)이 구비되고 슬러지가 유입되는 고압탱크(4)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지 압축·배출수단(2)은; 양측에 슬라이딩 레일(212)이 구비된 측판(211)과 내측 전후방에 고정판(213) 및 누름판(214)이 구비된 프레임(21); 상기 슬라이딩 레일(212)상에 다수로 끼워져 이동되며 양측에는 지지대(221)가 구비된 필터판(22); 필터판(22)의 후방에 장착되어 슬러지 투입시 필터판(22)을 압착하는 필터판 압착수단(23); 및 상기 필터판(22)를 순서적으로 분리시켜 케익을 배출하고 필터판(22)을 세척시킬 수 있도록 장착되며, 감속모터(241), 이동용 체인(242), 이탈부(243), 세척부(244)로 이루어진 케익 이탈·세척수단(24)으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 탈수 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 필터판 압착수단(23)은; 상기 누름판(214)의 후방에 장착되 있으며, 상기 다수의 필터판(22)를 전체적으로 눌러주며 흡입,배출라인(231a,231b)이 구비된 실린더(231); 상기 흡입라인(231a)으로 최초에 저압의 압력으로 유체를 유입시키는 저압펌프(232); 저압펌프(232)의 동작후 고압의 압력으로 유체를 유입시키는 고압펌프(233); 상기 흡입,배출라인(231a,231b)에 장착된 제 1,2,3 절환밸브(234,235,236)와 제 1,2체크밸브(237,238)로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 케익 이탈·세척수단(24)은; 프레임에 고정된 감속모터(241); 감속모터(241)에 의해 이동되며 프레임(21)을 이루는 측판(211)의 양측에 설치된 이동용 체인(242); 상기 이동용체인(242)에 장착되어 있으며, 상기 필터판(22)의 지지대(221)을 잡아 한칸씩 이동시킬수 있도록 체인과 연결되는 이동대(243a)와, 이 이동대(243a)에는 하측이 힌지로 연결되고 중앙 내측에 팽창·압축되는 에어쿠션(243c)이 구비된 이동대 지지판(243b)과, 이동대 지지판(243b)의 내측 상부에 장착되어 있으며 로드의 전방에는 제동핀(243e)이 장착되는 엑츄에이터(243d)로 이루어진 이탈부(243); 및 상기 프레임(21)의 양측에 장착된 이탈부(243)와 서로 연결되고 분사파이프(244b)가 장착된 기대(244a)와, 이 기대(244a)의 상측에 위치되어 이동시 물을 공급 받을수 있도록 호스가 감겨지는 호스휠(244c)로 이루어진 세척부(244)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 탈수장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 필터판(22)의 모서리 부분에는 에어가 공급되며 오수가 배출되는 홀(222)이 형성되고, 홀(222)의 안쪽인 필터판(22)의 외측면에는 상기 홀(222)과 관통되는 오수유입홀(223)이 구비됨을 특징으로 하는 슬러지 탈수장치.
