Description
The present invention relates to a coating method of the cotton fabric, and more particularly, to a partial coating method of the cotton fabric to give a decolorizing effect.
Usually, cotton fabrics, such as jeans, are marketed, fully or partially discolored, in order to give a natural feeling. As a method of discoloring as a whole, a solid abrasive such as clothes, water, and pumice, which are to be discolored, and an enzymatic agent are added together and then rotated at a high speed in a rotating cylindrical washing machine.
Recent trends have favored consumers with products that partially discolor, such as knees. Partially decolorizing methods include spraying sand with good abrasiveness such as diamond on a high pressure air pump, and spraying decolorant chemicals with a high pressure air pump.
However, the former method has the problem that the fiber damage by the friction by sand and the discolored form is not natural, the latter method is difficult to achieve the desired partial discoloration effect and depending on the concentration of the chemical There is a problem that withdrawal is severe. In addition, this method also has a problem that the form of the discolored product is not natural.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a cotton fabric in which the form of the discolored product is natural. Another object of the present invention to provide a coating method of the cotton fabric that can impart a discoloration effect without damaging the fabric. Another object of the present invention is to improve the color fastness of the unbleached portion.
1 is a real picture of the cotton pants coated by the present invention.
The present invention adds the desired pigment to the epoxy resin composition (the remaining amount is water) of 3 to 10% by weight of epoxy resin and 5 to 20% by weight of silicone, and then sprays it on the desired area for decolorization using a high pressure air sprayer. It is characterized by curing for 10 to 20 minutes at a temperature of 180 ℃.
When the washing fastness improvement of the part which does not decolorize is needed, the said epoxy resin composition to which the pigment is not added is sprayed on the part which does not decolorize.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
Usually, the part which discolors is a hip or a knee part. Partially bleached areas are somewhat lighter than the background color before bleaching. In the present invention, a method of spraying and coating a colored epoxy resin composition is adopted instead of a method of partially discoloring by damaging the fabric.
The suitable concentration of epoxy resin in the composition is 3 to 10% by weight. If it is less than this range, the coating effect is insufficient, if it exceeds this range the flexibility of the coated product is insufficient, it is difficult to obtain a natural discoloration effect.
Suitable concentrations of silicone in the composition are 5 to 20% by weight. If it is less than this range, not only the adhesive effect of the resin to be coated is insufficient, but also the flexibility of the coated cotton fabric is reduced. When it exceeds this range, the objective decoloring effect cannot be provided in this invention.
In addition, when it is necessary to improve the washing fastness of the part which does not need decolorization or does not want to decolorize, the epoxy resin composition which does not add a pigment is sprayed on this part. Thereby, the background color of the fabric is not easily changed by washing. When decolorization is unnecessary and only washing fastness is improved, the colorless epoxy resin composition is sprayed as a whole.
After the spraying process is completed, the curing process is performed, and an appropriate drying temperature is 100 to 180 ° C. If it is less than this range, the curing effect is insufficient, and if it exceeds this range, not only the fabric may be damaged but also the energy cost is excessively increased.
After the drying step is rinsed and dehydrated through the usual washing step, and then dried, the process is completed.
An embodiment of the present invention is as follows.
1><Example 1>
The high pressure air injector was injected with a mixture of 6% by weight of epoxy resin and 10% by weight of silicone, and lightly colored pigments were partially sprayed onto the hips and knees of the cotton pants. The sprayed cotton pants were cured for 15 minutes in a drying chamber having a temperature of 150 ° C., put into a rotating cylindrical washing machine, washed for 10 minutes in a conventional manner, washed with dehydration and dried to obtain a product as shown in FIG. 1.
The obtained product had almost no damage to the fabric fabric, and exhibited a natural discoloration effect.
2><Example 2>
The same procedure as in Example 1 was conducted except that the pigment was changed to light sky blue, and the coated fabric was jeans. The result was no damage to the fiber as in Example 1, and showed a natural decolorizing effect.
3><Example 3>
The same procedure as in Example 1 was carried out, but the part which was not discolored was further sprayed with a colorless epoxy resin to which no dye was added to obtain a product. The obtained product was placed in a rotary cylindrical washing machine and the machine was operated for 10 hours. As a result, there was almost no difference in color from the product obtained in Example 1. That is, the fading of color by washing was largely prevented.
1>Comparative Example 1
Instead of the coating process of the epoxy resin composition of Example 1, a conventional high pressure air sand washing method was used. The discolored state of the obtained product was good, but the damage of the fabric was severe.
2>Comparative Example 2
Instead of the coating step of the epoxy resin composition of Example 1 was partially dyed with a conventional dye. The obtained product had almost no damage to the fabric, but the discoloration state was very uneven, and the natural effect was insufficient.
3>Comparative Example 3
A urethane resin was used instead of the epoxy resin of Example 1. The obtained product was very poor in color discoloration and lacked a natural effect.
As can be seen through the above embodiment, the coating method of the present invention can impart a natural discoloration effect without damaging the fabric fabric, the polishing fabric piece which is a waste generated in the conventional high-pressure sand washing method By preventing the occurrence of waste, the waste disposal cost can be reduced and the work environment can be significantly improved.
