Claims (3)
- 베이스(10)와;동일 극성끼리 마주보는 2개의 막대형 영구자석이 1조를 이루면서 2열 이상으로 베이스(1O)상에 설치되며, 마주보는 S극이 N극에 대해 소정각도 벌어지도록 배치되는 고정자(20)와;상기 베이스(10)에 회전가능하게 지지되는 것으로 고정자(20)의 상부를 가로지르는 축선을 중심축으로 하는 원통형의 회전체(30)와;상기 회전체(30)의 둘레를 따라 각각 등간격을 유지하는 적어도 2열 이상 고정되어 회전체의 회전에 의해 각각의 열이 마주보는 고정자(20)사이를 통과하는 것으로, 각각의 열은 상호 엇갈리도록 배치되는 막대형 영구자석인 회전자(40)로 이루어진 영구자석을 이용한 동력 발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 회전자(40)는 몸체(32)의 법선에 대해 대략 25。의 경사를 갖도록 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석을 이용한 동력 발생장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 회전체(30)에는 이 회전체(30)의 회전력을 전달받아 전기를 발생시키는 발전기(60)가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 영구자석을 이용한 동력 발생장치.
