본 발명에서는 핸드폰에 음성송출 버튼을 구성하여 수신자의 핸드폰 내에 저장된 상황안내 음성메시지를 송출하며, 외부표시장치에 각 상황안내 음성메시지에 따르는 메시지의 종류가 표시되게 구성하였으며, 송신자의 외부메시지를 수신자의 핸드폰내에서 녹음하여 청취할 수 있도록 녹음모드로의 전환과 외부 메시지 청취버튼을 구성하여, 공공장소 등에서 핸드폰으로 전화가 걸려 올 때에, 통화대기상태(핸드폰 뚜껑이 닫힌 상태)에서 핸드폰에 구성된 음성송출 버튼을 1∼3회 누름으로써, 수신자의 핸드폰 내에 저장된 상황안내 음성메시지를 수신자의 상황에 맞게 선택하여 수신자가 직접 통화할 수 있을 때까지 송출함으로써, 수신자에게는, 타인에게 피해를 주거나 전화가 끊길 염려로 황급히 이동하지 않고도 통화할 수 있는 장소로 여유있게 이동할 수 있는 충분한 시간을 확보하게 해주며, 전화를 건 송신자에게는, 수신자가 선택·송출하는 상황안내 음성메시지를 통해 송신자가 기다려야 할 시간을 예측가능하게 함으로써 전화비용 절감 및 송신자의 상황에 맞는 통화 방법을 선택할 수 있게 하며, 특히 최근 논의되고 있는 일정한 공공장소에서의 핸드폰 사용을 법적으로 제한하는 등의, 정보화 사회 속에서 첨단 통신기기의 급속한 보급으로 인한 통화 문화의 지체로부터 오는 갖가지 부작용들과 주변 사람들의 피해를 줄이고 건전한 통화 문화를 형성할 수 있다는 공익적인 측면에서의 기여도도 클 것으로 생각된다.In the present invention, the voice transmission button is configured on the mobile phone to transmit the situation guide voice message stored in the mobile phone of the receiver, and the type of the message according to each situation guide voice message is displayed on the external display device.
