Claims (3)
- 광유계 윤활기유 및 합성계(다가 염기산 에스테르, 폴리에스테르, 폴리올에스테르, 알킬벤젠, 폴리부텐 및 폴리알킬렌 글리콜) 윤활기유 5 내지 95중량%에 기타 성능향상제를 첨가하여 제조하되, 이때 사용되는 윤활기유는 각각을 단독으로적용하거나 2종 이상을 혼합하여 배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성가공유제 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 성능향상제는 윤활유 5 내지 95중량%에 염소화 화합물 5내지 95중량%, 황화지방유, 금속디치오포스페이트 및 인산에스테르 등의 내마모성극압 첨가제 0.1 내지 20중량부 및 기타 부식방지제, 방청첨가제 증점제 및 소포제를 첨가배합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소성가공유제 조성물.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 염소화합물은 염화파라핀, 염화지방산에스테르 또는 염화유지인 것을 특징으로 하는 소성가공유제 조성물.
