Claims (8)
- 저판부, 상판부 및 상기 저판부와 상기 상판부사이에 설치되는 적어도 한쌍의 측벽부를 갖는 현장타설형 조립식 암거에 있어서,적어도 상기 측벽부중 어느 하나는,소정의 간격을 두고 상호 평행하게 배치되는 한쌍의 미리 형성된 측벽형틀부와;상기 한쌍의 측벽형틀부사이에 충전되는 현장성형부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 현장타설형 조립식 암거.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 현장성형부는 망상의 보강철근을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현장타설형 조립식 암거.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 상판부는 상기 측벽형틀부와 조립되는 상판형틀부와, 상기 상판형틀부의 상면에 현장타설되는 현장성형부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현장타설형 조립식 암거.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 측벽형틀부 및 상기 상판형틀부는 콘크리트, 금속재, 섬유보강재중 어느 하나로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현장타설형 조립식 암거.
- 조립식 암거의 설치방법에 있어서,저판부, 상판부의 적어도 일부를 형성하는 단계와;상기 저판부 및 상기 상판부사이에 설치되는 각 측벽부를 형성하기 위한 측벽형틀부를 성형하는 단계와;상기 저판부상에 각 측벽부의 형성을 위한 측벽형틀부를 소정의 간격을 두고 배치하는 단계와;상기 측벽형틀부상에 상기 상판부를 조립하는 단계와;상기 각 측벽형틀부사이에 콘크리트를 충전하여 측벽부를 성형하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 암거의 설치방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 각 측벽형틀부사이에 보강철근을 배치하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 암거의 설치방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 상판형틀부를 상기 측벽형틀부와 조립하는 단계와, 상기 측벽부의 충전후, 상기 상판형틀부의 상면에 현장성형부를 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 암거의 설치방법.
- 제 5항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 측벽부의 충전후, 상기 암거의 전후개구를 차단하고 내부공간에 스팀을 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립식 암거의 설치방법.
