Abstract

본 고안은 차량의 제동 표시 장치에 관한 것으로서,
종래에는 차량의 브레이크를 밟게 되면 브레이크 등에 전원이 연결되면서 점등되는 구성을 갖고 있으며, 이와는 별도로 보조 제동등이 점등되게 하는 기술이 소개되어 있으나, 이와 같은 종래의 기술은 광고효과를 갖지 못하고 단순히 정지등만 점등되는 기술이었던 바, 본 고안에 의하면, 브레이크 페달을 밟을시에 차량의 실내 후방에 설치한 전광 표시판을 통해 미리 입력한 광고 문구가, 일정 순서에 따라 차례대로 순환되는 식에 의해 표시되게 한 것으로서, 차량의 제동 표시 및 광고 효과를 갖게 한 차량의 제동 표시 장치인 것이다.

Description

차량의 제동 표시 장치
본 고안은 차량의 제동 표시 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 차량의 운행 시에 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우에 부설된 전광 표시판을 통해 미리 입력한 광고 문구가 출력되게 하는 차량의 제동 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래의 경우, 본 고안과 가장 유사한 기술로서는 브레이크 페달을 밟을 경우 에 별도의 제동장치가 점등되면서, 후방의 차량에 정지에 따른 신호를 보내도록 하였으나, 이는 단순히 전구의 점등으로 후미 차량의 운전자에게 제동 신호를 보내는 단순 기술에 불과 하였다.
따라서 본 고안은 상술한 바와 같은 종래 기술의 제반 문제점을 감안하여 안출된 것으로서, 차량의 실내 후방에 설치한 전광 표시판을 통해 미리 입력한 광고 문구가 일정 순서에 따라 차례대로 순환되는 식에 의해 점멸 되어 차량의 제동 표시 및 광고 효과를 갖게 한 차량의 제동 표시 장치에 관한 것이다.

이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 고안의 목적을 달성하기 위한 기술적 구성 및 작용 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 고안의 개략적인 회로 구성도에 관한 것으로서, 참조 부호 10은 차량의 12[V]전원을 5[V]로 전환하는 전원 감압부 이고, 11은 직류 전원을 안정화시키는 인버터부 이고, 12는 브레이크등, 13은 정보를 축적하는 플립플롭 회로부, 14는 논리화 회로인 버퍼부를 지칭하는 것이다.
또한, 15는 LED의 조합으로 이루어진 전광 표시판을 나타낸 것이다.
이상과 같이 구성되어진 본 고안의 작용 및 효과를 바람직한 실시예를 들어 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안의 전광 표시판(15)은 차량 운전자의 취향에 따라 차량의 내부 및 외부의 후방에 부설할 수 있으며, 본 고안에서는 실내의 후방 측에 설치한 것을 예로 들었다.
본 고안의 초기 동작 시에 운전자는 도로를 주행 하다가 브레이크 페달(B)을 밟게 되면 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 차량의 전원이 전원 감압부(10)에 연결되면서 5[V]로 다운시키게 되고, 이는 다시 인버터부(11)에 인입되어 전류의 안정적 흐름을 유도한다.
이때, 인버터부(11)를 통과한 전원은 기존의 브레이크등(12)에 전달되면서, 브레이크등(12)이 점등됨과 동시에, 전원은 플립플롭 회로부(13)를 작동시켜, 이의 신호는 후술하는 버퍼(14)와의 상호 작용에 의해 미리 입력된 데이터를 순서적으로 선별하여, 그에 따른 신호를 송출하게 되고, 이 신호는 전광 표시판(15)의 해당 LED를 점등시키게 되는 것이다.
여기에서 플립플롭 회로부(13)에는 미리 데이터를 입력시켜 놓을 수 있는데, 예를 들어, 특정 업체의 광고 문구나 간단한 메시지를 입력 할 수 있으며, 이는 기존에 이미 소개된 장치인 관계로 상세 설명은 생략키로 하였다.
한편, 상기의 전광 표시판(15)에는 광고 문구나 메시지에 해당하는 문자 형태에 따른 LED가 조합되어 있어서, 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 브레이크 페달(B)을 밟으면 전원이 플립플롭 회로부(13)에 전해지고, 이때의 신호가 교호적으로 바뀌게 되는데, 초기의 신호가 1에 해당하면, "안전벨트는 생명 벨트" 라는 문자가 전광 표시판(15)에 LED의 점등으로 표시되며, 그 다음에 송출되는 신호는 순서에 따라 2에 해당되므로, 미리 입력한 특정 업체의 광고 문구나, 공익 광고가 LED점등으로 표시 되게 하는 것이다.
여기에서 LED 점등으로 이루어지는 광고문구는 경우에 따라서 3개 이상으로 입력 시킬수 있고, 이는 사용자의 선택에 의해 가, 감 될수 있는 것이다.
이상에서 설명된 바와 같이 본 고안은 플립플롭 회로부와 버퍼의 상호 작용으로 미리 입력되어진 데이터 신호를 일정 순서에 의해 선별하여 이를 송출함으로서, 전광 표시판을 통해 업체의 광고나 간단한 메시지가 외부에 주기적으로 표시 되게 함으로서, 운전자의 차량 운행에 있어서, 시각적인 방해를 해소 할 수 있으며, 광고 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있게 된 발명인 것이다.

  1. 차량의 브레이크 페달(B)의 조작 시에 브레이크 등(12)이 점등되는 폐 회로 구성으로 이루어진 차량의 제동 표시 장치를 구성함에 있어서,
    차량의 전원을 5[V]로 전환하는 전원 감압부(11)와, 전원 감압부(11)를 통한 전류를 안정화시키는 인버터부(12)를 상기의 폐회로 상에 접속하고,
    그 후단으로는, 출력되는 문자에 대한 정보를 축적하는 플립플롭 회로부(13)와, 논리화 회로인 버퍼부(14)를 전기적으로 연결 되게 하면서,
    상기의, 플립플롭 회로부(13)와 버퍼부(14)에 의해 순서적으로 선별된 데이터 신호에 의해 단위 소자인 LED를 점등되게 하는 전광 표시판(15)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 제동 표시 장치.
