Abstract
본 발명은 합성수지제 이음관의 접착부제에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로는 접착부제를 열가소성 합성수지재로 사출성형하고 전열선을 매입할수 있게 구성한 것인데, 구체적으로는 열가소성 합성수지제인 접착부제(1)에 나선홈(101)을 만들어 전열선(2)을 나선홈에 권취하고 히터(4)를 이용하여 나선홈 표면을 녹여 나선홈(101) 표면을 메워서 전열선(2)이 접착부제(1) 속에 매립되게 한것으로 생산성이 우수하고 전열선(2)의 간격을 균일하게 배치할수 있어 가열시 접착부제(1)의 용융상태가 균일하게 되어 접착이음 효과가 높게 한 것이다.The present invention relates to an adhesive agent for a synthetic resin fitting pipe, and more specifically, to an injection molding of an adhesive agent with a thermoplastic synthetic resin material and to be able to embed a heating wire, specifically, a spiral groove in an adhesive agent (1) which is a thermoplastic synthetic resin agent. 종래에도 합성수지관의 이음을 위하여 이음관 내에 전열선을 가진 접착부제를 투입하여서 이를 가열 용융시켜 이음관과 피이음관을 접착하고 있으나 이는 접착부제를 압출가공으로 2가닥의 전열선에 접착부제를 피복하여 전선을 만들고 이를 나선형으로 말아서 전선의 양측 접촉부를 접착하여 원통형의 관체로 형성하고 두가닥의 전열선 일측 끝선을 연결하여 접착부제를 생산하였음으로 그 제조공정이 다단계로 되어 번거롭고 불편하여 생산성이 떨어지고 전열선의 간격이 균일하지 못하여 관체의 접착시에 접착부제의 용융상태가 불규칙하게 됨으로 견고한 접착을 할수 엾는 결점이 있었다.Conventionally, in order to join a synthetic resin pipe, an adhesive additive having a heating wire is put into the joint pipe and heated and melted to bond the joint pipe and a pipe.
