Abstract
[목적] 외경이 다른 두 개의 관을 수밀보안적으로 완벽하고 수월하게 접속할 수 있는 이경관접속용 조인트를 제공하기 위한 것이다.[Purpose] It is to provide a joint for connecting two diameter pipes that can connect two pipes of different outer diameters securely and easily.

Description
통상의 조인트는 관경이 같은 두 개의 관만 잇대어 연결할 수 있는 구조를 갖췄기 때문에 관의 외경이 다른 이경관은 접속이 불가능하였다.Since ordinary joints have a structure in which only two tubes having the same diameter can be connected to each other, two diameter tubes having different outer diameters cannot be connected.

제 1 도에서, 원주를 등분할하여 두 개의 부재로 이뤄지고 각 부재의 양단에 주어진 플랜지를 보울트-너트로 체결하여 관을 접속토록 한 조인트(1)에 축방향의 일측에는 대경관부(2)를 그리고 타측에는 소경관부(3)를 형성한 것이다. 대·소경관부(2, 3)의 칫수를 특별히 한정하는 것은 아니며, 서로 이을 대경관과 소경관의 외경에 맞춰 정하는 것을 원칙으로 한다. 본 도시예에서, 대경관부(2)의 내주면에는 대경관의 접속단 외주면에 주어진 환상홈을 거는 환상돌기(4)가 주어졌고 소경관부(3)의 내주면에는 소경관의 겉살을 파고 들어가 무는 날쐐기(5)가 주어진 것으로 나타나 있으나, 이는 어디까지나 선택사항이니 만치 양쪽을 서로 바꿔 형성하거나 다같이 홈걸이식 또는 날쐐기식으로 형성할 수도 있다.In Fig. 1, a large diameter tube portion 2 is formed on one side in the axial direction to a joint 1, which is divided into two parts by circumference, and which connects a tube by bolting a flange given at both ends of each member with bolt-nuts.
